Shifted my residence and asked for transfer. Patiently waited for 3 months followed by numerous call from me to hathway and was finally told by velachery area manager transfer not possible. Lost 6 months subscription and moved to a new provider. The torture started when the subscription was going to end and mutiple executives started calling me at odd times every day for past 10 months. My repeated pleas explaining the situation and asking them to take my number fell to deaf ears. Looking at other similar complaints i think hathway as a company do not give a # about customers. I will never subscribe to this company nor will recommend their service. My health got severely impacted due to their torture.

    My internet is not working. Every month arround this dated internet stop working after complaining for 3 days they work. I haved demanded engineer visit but they didn't provided it. This creates prblm for us. Company should be band i want my refund i will sue the company as the r not providing proper service nd northern they r refund the plan amount

      They are no responding to my complaints for not returning the deposit that they have got from me at the beginning of the connection.

      Their representatives promise call backs and never call back.

        I am using another broadband service provider and i have never used hathway. I never even tried to apply for connection. But hathway people are calling me from different numbers everyday for new connection. I have told them i already have one but still they are not stopping. I don't know how they got my number. When i talked to them about this, they say 'i can understand your concern. Many has changed their numbers because of our calls. We cannot remove your number from the list. We cannot do anything about this.' is this the way you answer people? You are ruining my official and private life everyday. Your people are calling me when i am driving, sleeping, eating. Even they call and annoy me during meetings.

        They ask me to install truecaller and ignore their calls. Why cant they just stop calling me instead of giving ideas to me to ignore the calls.

        I want to speak to an executive asap about this.

        That is the problem. I don't even have account in hathway. But they are calling me and asking if I want a new connection.

        Again I'm getting calls for new broadband connection. Why are you bothering me. I have told them repeatedly that I am ALREADY using another ISP. I hope you understand my language. Stop calling my number or I will take legal action.

          I do not know about the best isp but hathway is one of the worst internet services ever. First and foremeost they have their monopoly in our area (Means no other isp can give their services there) and their services are such that i do not even know if someone checks what the technicians are doing or whether they are even doing anything about issues faced by the customer. I was with airtel for nearly 12 years but since i changed my residence... Airtel is not providing service in our society and i did not really have a choice but take hathway services for broadband. The day i took their services i had nothing but nightmares. Random disconnections, frequent speed dropping less than 1 mbps 4 or 5 times in a day. The customer service is pathetic as all they know is to reset the router and send a technician. The technician never comes and you get a message saying your issue has been resolved after which you do see the expected speed but within half an hour to one hour its back to less than 1 mbps though i am paying for 50mbps. I log in 3-4 times in a day and 3-4 times either there is no internet connection or the speed is less than 1mbps... The customer care at their kandivali office is worse than mtnl customer service... They do not answer your call... And if you are lucky after 20 to 50 tries then they transfer you to any department of their choice without even letting you complete your query. I was able to speak with someone but all they say is its because jio has taken over hathway so there is speed fall back... But my next door neighbor who has hathway for years now, does not have any dropping speed issues... It maybe that they are lazy enough not to solve new connection problems... I am absolutely fed up and really do not know whom to approach as i have business via internet and all i am doing is calling either customer care or kandivali office. Seriously... I am better without internet than paying rs 900 per month and getting nothing but a big mobile bill. I would advice others not to take hathway broadband and use mobile internet rather than spending your money and not getting anything. Also they say that fibre optic is coming to the area in 1 years time, till then i will have to face this speed drops. I am paying money for nothing.

            My name is ranganath just 3 days back i took hathway network the service provide is worst as well as internet service also worst plz refund my amount 3100. He is tl of rahamath nagar hathway team. This type worst behaviour i am getting.

              I used hathway last, in year 2015 and moved to another city. Now after 4 yrs, i am getting these annoyed messages everynow and then even after blocking the source.
              E. G. Dear customer, renew your hathway ac no 11096* in 50 mbps monthly plan in just rs 499 + gst*. Call [protected] t&c apply

              I don't want or never contacted hathway anyway, but these sms are unstoppable. I don't want to talk to hathaway executive as well as again these sms will increase instead of stopping them.

                I signed up for hathaway connection, after providing my exact address and being told the connection will be set up the next day.

                After i made the payment i was told it's not a feasible area and the connection cannot be setup.

                I was told the amount will be refunded in 10 days, then i was told it will be refunded in 15 days, and now i'm being told it takes 30 days.

                If the connection was not feasible in the area that should be checked before asking for payment, this is total fraud on this company's part

From past two months iam getting calls from ur telecallers i have told so many members o[censored]rs even the guys who called from mumbai also but they won't understand the problem... Please stop calling me. Iam very much irritated by ur telecallers. So, kindly remove my mobile

                      Stop sending messages to renew my account.
                      I quit Hathway for my lifetime because of your worst service and I never want to use Hathway broadband. So stop sending remainder messages to renew my account.
                      Last month one of you executive called and renewed my account and house shifting request was denied. She promised to get my connection shifting by the end of the day and due to the false claim I agreed to renew my account. I was cheated by Hathway.

                        I have took hathway connection yesterday morning and i have paid total amount. They told the connection will be given in 24 hours but till now no tech person called. I have called nearly 20 times to customer support and one of the useless and rubbish support which hathway had. One of the worst thing was taking hathway broadband connection. Rip hathway.

                        I stopped my Hathway broadband connection last June. Since then I regularly received a call from the company asking to recharge or about offers. Even after repeatedly explaining that I am no longer interested in renewing connections, calls have not stopped. I sincerely request appropriate individuals to stop the marketing calls asap.

                          I hold a verified registration with dnd, however on a day to day basis, i keep getting calls from hathway from the following numbers for renewal of my service which was surrendered almost a year back (June 2018).

                          I had already informed this to all my known persons in hathway and confirmed that i had surrendered all my devices like modem/router etc and have no pending dues what so ever. But still i keep getting the calls which is really frustrating.

                          I even went to a stage where i accepted to renew the service once, but then they came back saying that the service to my area is not feasible currently. Despite this i still keep getting this calls.

                          Can this calls be stopped?

                            Hi team,

                            I am using hathaway services from long time but i am facing issues from march.

                            In march i didn't care about renewal is due to new rule passed by government.

                            I contacted cable operated in may month without providing service they charged 800\-

                            When i contacted them in may they said renewal can be done in online so i ignored them by paying amount for renewal.

                            Again when i checked in hath way portal in they didn't give permission to recharge online.

                            Note : for any type of renewal please call your local cable operator

                            Again for renewal they 500\- but they added 237/- that too 28days validity.

                            What the hell is happening with operators.

                            How can they collect amount like that.

                            I am very frustrated with service.

                            I am sent 2 sms everyday by hathway broadband services. I called them up to ask them to stop and they told me I'll have to pay a fee for the same. I terminated their service in January 2019. The representative said to me 'tu pagal hai kya' when I asked him why they have to send 2 messages everyday.

                              Hi sir,

                              I have taken hathway connection in 2018 and i moved to bangalore in april2019 last week. I raised a request to deactivate my account and collect the modem. No one came to collect so i disassembled the device. Since then i’m receiving the calls every day at least 2 times from hathway to renew my account. Every time i answered them politely to deactivate my account which they didn’t done. After 2 months i’m receiving mails saying notification for submission of device - avoid legal issue which i don’t have. Still they have my security deposit. It will compensate the modem price. Threatening customers is not good way of business. If they deactivate and responded correctly i would have choose hathway where ever i go. This is all scam, threatening customers and getting money.

                                I had asked for my connection to be disconnected mid way due to really poor service & have the refund issued to me. So far, the refund has not been issued. I had paid 3831 for 4 months & the connection never really worked.

                                Above that, Now, I keep getting calls regarding renewal & SMSes atleast 5 times a day. This is becoming a torture.

                                Please help stop the promotional SMSes & Calls to me and also have the refund issued.

                                  It has reached a point of harassment where they are calling me from different numbers everyday.

                                    I have disconnected my hathway connection ~6 months back and since then i have been receiving sms asking me to re connect at some price.
                                    I also receive calls asking me the same every week.
                                    I have asked the callers multiple times to close my account so that i do not receive any calls / sms, but looks like nothing seems to work.
                                    Please unsubscribe me from your list.
                                    Asap.

                                      I was a hathway user and my plan has just expired and i am being harassed by hathway by calling and massaging me again and again. Till now i have received more then 50 calls and about a 100 text messages in last one month from hathway to get my account activated

                                      I request to discontinue my connection and collect their belongings from my connection point.

                                        I recently requested connection for gtpl wifi and it was worst experience.

                                        The service provider's name is yogesh and he took payment on the same day i called him and promised to install wifi in 3 days or maximum 5 days. It wasn't installed until 10 and after 10 days also the engineers just stretched wire nothing more.

                                        The engineer came to visit more than 4_5 times and was pathetic that they didn't even took router to install when they came in. As of now the wires are just hanging everywhere and i requested me. Yogesh to come and see the situation but he's not doing anything to resolve my problem.

                                        On 9th of my request i asked yogesh to refund me as i was tired of calling him but he just left the box in here. Now i am stuck with this stupid box. I want refund of my money.

                                        Ask yogesh to take refund the money and take the stupid box from here after refund or else i will send an email to consumer service court.

                                        I'm addition to above no one provided me a bill or registration copy hence i don't even have customer number to write in.

                                        I also sent this information to customer care of gtpl but no one seems to resolve the problem.

                                        GTPL, Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad had disconnected my cable service and also asked for connection charges of Rs.1000. They are also forcing us to pay charges for cable wire, which actually born by them only.
