I was using last one year but the service very poor. Told several times they did not turn up. They used abusive language and the problem persists. I requested them, but they are using abusive language. I had to transfer to other dtg for this. This is very unfortunate.

When i personally visited local office they told your problem will be taken care by our person next day, but it was not addressed.

    Hathway connection had billing issues, so their customer care suggested to take another connection and discontinue the old one. The person who came for support requested to keep the router with ourselves and he will collect later (Which they say is reason they can call, since device is their property).
    - calling continuously weekdays and even weekends (Sunday evenings)
    - saying my connection is in disconnection status and new offer is there. I informed them that i have taken new connection from hathway only and not to disturb and to update records so that not to call again. Raised complaint to stop calling and collect the device. But no help. I'm getting calls during my international roaming. This has been a issue more than six months.
    - i want to raise a strong complaint, and sad to see such kind of operators are allowed to function normally without banning them. Such harassing companies should be banned from operating.

      I have received a message on 15th july 2019 that renew today and get 30 days free, so i renewed and talked to your customer care about this offer and they told me to renew the connection and you will get 30 days free but i have not received this offer yet, also raised multiple complaints but getting no reply please help.

        I am a practising advocate, though i tried to call on your given toll free number but nobody turned up, the cable operator in our locality is charging more then trai ratio and misrepresenting the customers by furnishing invalid receipts even then he intentionally cut down the cable before 5-6 days of end subscription, kindly call back on the below number, appoint some senior addressing body in the said grievance, at the earliest, as my cable also cut short before couple of days and he is least bothered on our call. As a matter of fact he even stated that there is one person of your concern department who is intentionally involved in this doings.

          We are based out of service nagar, hyderabad and we paid 800 on march 12 to the service operator name ganesh. After that there is no cable connection, we tried calling them many times&raised complaint against to them but till now there is no service
          Really sure h a bad service
          Every time they will tell resolve in 24hours but it's almost 4months
          Expecting very quick action on this

            I have a Hathway broadband connection from last Oct. This year February (28th) when I renewed the connection I was told there was a 3+1 offer running in the 3 months extension scheme by which I get one month extra. End May I got a notification stating that my connection was due for renewal. When I followed up with customer care (multiple times) I was told that there was some technical error and if I were to renew the connection for one month they will enable the extra one month offer for me, which I trusted and renewed. Now in July I am again asked to renew. I have raised a complaint but the complaint keeps getting auto closed without any action being taken. And on the other side Hathway billing team keeps finding me for renewal.
            I am very disappointed and feel cheated with their service.

              My name is Manu I'm using Hathway broadband connection from past 2 or more years.My customer ID is [protected].
              Before 1 month I received a call from Hathway about an offer.They said if I paid the bill of 4 months in advance they will offer me a set of mesh router and one Hathway play box.
              I accepted that offer and recharged for 4 months.as promised they give me the mesh router..
              and my complaint is about the Hathway play box which I never received. i received message from Hathway that your playbox shipped by St courier and gave me the tracking number [protected].
              The next day I got the message your package is delivered.I tracked with the given tracking number it shows it is delivered to some one whom I don't know..
              After this I did..
              1.call the delivery person from St courier. He didn't given proper replay
              2.contacted Hathway and raised complaint.
              3.got replay from Hathway they given the complaint phone number of St courier.
              4.contacted St courier complaint desk they took 3 more days and told me to mail them.
              5.mailed to St courier but no reply
              Again called the Hathway from that day ..
              I raised complaint for this issue with Hathaway almost 15 times I think and every time they sending me the same reply ..please contact St courier..I did that also but never got any solution.
              My question is if Hathway send something via there courier partner which I not received why they are not taking this serious.why I have to follow the courier company.
              I almost tired of talking with Hathaway thats why I raising my complaint here..I am following this from 3rd of June so tired and depressed..
              I hope I'll got a solution from here
              (I have all conversation records with Hathaway and St courier)

                I am facing issues related to the price of the channel package in gtpl after few months of new trai rules. I have opted for 285 rs pack and my cable operator is taking 310 rs everymonth. I have also not taken any extra channel other than mentioned in package. I have reconfirmed it with gtpl care that my billing was 285rs only.
                Now i have told him that you are taking extra money so he scold me and told that if you don't find it viable then leave gtpl network and go somewhere else, i am not taking ncf from you. But there is mentioned in gtpl's official package that 285rs is inclusive of all the taxes plus chrges. So why should i pay him 25rs extra everymonth?
                I'm making clear here that gtpl company is not at fault but the operator is greedy and dishonest.
                I want you to take strict action against that disgusting cable operator. Below are the details of my settopbox.

                Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I have GTPL HD box and my last recharge is 450 GTPL power HD pack they tell 30 hd channels but only 18 HD channels show at my tv & many more pay and free channels not start in my city

                  Received a message regarding my renewal that renew in a week and get 3+1 month free so i recharged but never received that 1 month free offer and my internet got deactivated.Contacted your customer care and they assured me that my 1 month will be added automatically but clearly it didn't. Please look into it as soon as possible.

                    I have applied for Shifting of Internet connection on 3rd Julyt 2019 with shifting fees. The sales executive has assured me that shifting will be done in 1-2 days. I was constantly following up for shifting but sales team has no answer when will my connection will be shifted

                        I had a Hathway connection which I requested the company to disconnect.

                        They said they would come to pick up the modem and that it would take 30 days.

                        As a student who had to shift out of town I only had 5 days and I informed them of the same.

                        However I received no response form their side.

                        And now I am harassed on a daily basis by their executives by being called throughout the day.

                        As soon as I pick up they start speaking and before I can say anything, they cut the call.

                        They do this on a daily basis and if I try blocking a number, they call me from a new number.

                        When I called the Tollfree number they kept me on hold for 5-7 mins and then said they couldn’t do anything and that I had to file a complaint via a mail.

                        I accepted that and after I sent the mail, I realised that the mail I was given did not exist.

                        Please take some action so that I am not disturbed and harassed on a daily basis.

                          Received a call from customer care on 10th of july 2019 for the bill payment and i asked them to suggest a plan which has a lower amount than now. They said to pay an amount of rs. 755/- then we will activate the plan for 1000gb per month with 150mbps. But my account deactivated today morning.

                          Today i called customer care to complain about this but they said there is no plan at this segment and you may call the same person who offered this.

                          Please take a necessity.

                            I was an old hathway customer and i disconnected the connection almost 1.5 years back but even today i get calls and messages from them almost daily asking me to renew the connection. I am not interested in getting hathway connection again and every time they call me i am telling them to remove my account details and not to call me. Despite doing this from past 1 year i still keep getting calls and messages from them.

                            Please look in to this and resolve this issue.

                                Hi,

                                I have disconnected my hathway account([protected]) as i had shifted my home ..after that daily i am getting calls for renewal .. i have clearly mentioned that i don’t want that account as i already have an account currently ..
                                These illiterate customer service people calls me daily 2-4 times for renewal .
                                How to stop these things ?

                                  Hathway is not reverting on the same and as i leave my residence on 13th july, this is very urgent.

                                  As in their terms, they need to pick up the data box. Which if they don't, they will send me a legal notice later.

                                    I've been using hathaway for about 2 years by now, but past few months, frequently disconnected with no intimation and if i call the customer care.. The executives are not at all user friendly this is not good.. You guys spam calls and messages before few weeks of monthly payment... But your service is not good.. Gets our money on time but no proper service.

                                      I have taken new internet connection in July 2019 from Hathway Broadband Pune. I have taken 1 year subscription and paid all money in advance for 1 year. For new connection they supposed to install new modem, but they have installed old modem instead of new one. Frequently modem is disconnecting.

                                      I have contacted Hathway help center([protected]@hathway.net) several time, but not receiving any response. I also tried their phone number, they keep on saying we will check it and nothing is happening.

                                      Please help me to get new modem installed at my home.

                                        My name is vikaskumar bhati, live in akshar pavilion - gotri vadodara. I had applied for new gtpl broadband connection in april-2019 and paid rs. 5500 through check for 40 mbps plan to gtpl sales representative – mr. Minesh joshi.

                                        I am facing regular disturbance and most of the time internet doesn’t work. When i register complaints to gtpl customer care, every time i get replies that the technical issue will be resolved in 24 hours. I call gtpl customer care almost every day to register internet complain. I paid the full amount of money to get good service from gtpl, which is i am not getting. I am fed up with gtpl's worst internet service. I feel cheated and robbed.

                                        I request you to help me to get my amount back after deducting the period i used.

                                        Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        GTPL, Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad had disconnected my cable service and also asked for connection charges of Rs.1000. They are also forcing us to pay charges for cable wire, which actually born by them only.
