DONT EVER GET A CONNECTION WITH THEM!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I raised a complaint here in compalintboard and struggled to get the internet connection problem solved by them after a month.

They rectified the issue but they again made my account inactive since the renewal period of 1 month crossed. I spoke with them and told that internet was not working for the whole last month and asked to make the account active. Also they promised for 10 days extra when they called in for making payment, that also they never gave. They are still checking it since I raised it a week ago but no resolution provided. Now they have sent me an SMS saying I'm not eligible for the extension of 26 days(not working period) + 10 days (offer) and closed the complaint without my notice and without any resolution provided. I've suffered a lot since this one and half month speaking with them for hours. But they did not understand anything and still doing the same worst customer service to me. They will daily make a phone call to say the internet connection expired and asking to pay the money but they never bothered to check the status and then call us. Totally senseless people!!! I haven't even seen one person working there who has the thought of providing good customer service. Please see if some action can be taken against them, as they are conitnuously cheating and earning money from people.

    I had booked the hathway broadband connection today. I was promised that the connection will be done today but no one has called. Executive name Madhu. Manager name ram. Madhu had collected the documents and had asked me to make the complete payment online so that the installation can be done today. Now when I am trying to call Madhu he cut my phone and then he has switched off. Ram is also not picking the call. Request you to get this resolved or else I need the refund.

Got the installation today...have another complaint ..Deepak from the services team called regarding the complaint and as soon as I told him that the installation is being done today he cut the phone without listening to the issue and didnt pick the call also he was very rude his number is [protected]. How pathetic he is as he can't listen to the customer issue I need you to take strict action against him.He was behaving as if he is the boss.

      I bought 14k one year pack the network speed was too low and they didnt connect the d-link modem so i called the number given by the installer.That person said hes not responsible for this when i asked can you give the complain number he cut the call i tried more than 10 times he didnt respond. Take action for this worst response of the hathway personel his number is [protected].

        Hello,
        I have requested for a new connection with Hathway Broadband and agent checked our address and said there is feasibility and processed till the payment. Now he is not even calling us about delay in giving the connection. He said connection will be given in 24hrs, but now it's 3days. No cabling person or any person related to Hathway visited our house. Even when we called the agent or line man they are saying that they will come and check in 1hr. But now 1hr had passed till 3days. Please let me know the best way to escalate this problem to the higher officials in Hathway.

          Very third class services, and customer support, gtpl hathway ltd. Gtpl broadband no one giving proper solution, from last more then 20 days i am facing this issue! I took plan on 10mbps and getting speed in kbps also constantly loosing my connection in every 15 mins. Every time i called to customer care to complaint, without asking me or getting my acknowledge they are closing my complaints! I already talk with almost all of the authorised person in gtpl everybody mr. Imran ajmeri, mr. Bhavubhai vala, mr. Dipen, mr akash babu, mr. Sagar, i already talk with those guys and asked to refund, so somebody said to do email on [protected]@gtpl.net to cancel my connection and refund my money but after 10 days i received email that my plan is not eligible for refund policy!
          Then i said ok give me proper services but gtpl hathway ltd. You are not giving proper services also and you are not giving refund also.!! Is this your policy to making fool to customer, same issue happened with my friend also and he is in my society and also suffering the same issue so reply me soon what to do! Are you resolving our issue or not

            I got an internet from hathway for a month on march 21st and the sales executive by name raju (Neredmet) said my vonnage phones will also work (As they are connected through internet) if i take one month subscription of 50 mpbs, i took by paying the advance of 1529/- which they said 1000/- is refundable and 529/- for one month subscription fee again the advertisement was of 499/-.

            Now the vonnage phones are not working and when i asked the installation and configuration person he told to send an email to the [protected]@hathway.net to release the static ip which they have to do for the access of my vonnage phones.

            When i have sent an email i got a reply saying i have to pay more 100/- for releasing of ports when i called raju and asked about this he said he will call me back within 5 minutes and after 48 hours he lifted my call and said he will call me back.

            I am unable to use hathway internet till now already 10 days are over and when i have replied to the email asking for the clarification i am getting the same email to pay 100/- automated reply.

              Currently we are having hathway cable connection supported by vailankanni cable network & internet services, malwani church, st mary villa, room no 8
              Mumbai 400 095.

              As per the new regulation i have gone ahead and selected the package from trai site. However the local cable guy is not accepting this & has created their own package saying that we dont follow trai rules. Unfortunately they are charging higher as compared to what i see in trai site.

              This is a serious issue and would request you to urgently look at this is against the guidelines provided by trai

                After shifting to laxmi nagar, delhi, i contacted hathway wifi service to get a wifi connection in my house. An hathway agent named *pradeep* came to our house, he said that we'll have to make the payment first. He registered my phone number and i received a link to make the payment on my registered number, i asked him if there's any problem doing online transaction, he said no, so i made a payment of rupees 2475 through the option upi which was available on the link i received. The payment was shown successful and the amount was debited from my hdfc account. The agent said that our wifi will automatically get registered once they receive the payment and after that they'll install it. But after we paid, he said that we haven't made the payment. Then we showed him the transaction successful screen and showed him the details that the payment has been made, he said that payment through upi is not acceptable. We called to their office too, they also said the same thing. Now our amount has been debited and no service has been provided. My question is i[censored]pi is not acceptable why did they provide us with the option in the link? I want this to be solved asap.

                  I am using gtpl broadband service since 29/12/2018. But since day 1, i am facing so many issues regarding wi fi conectivity. I have purchased 40 mbps plan, but not a single day i am getting even 10 mbps. Even we have done complaint again and again in their customer care but there is no response from them. They close the complaints without solving it or without any confirmation. The wi fi service is only available during particular hours in daytime, that too, damn slow.

                      We have requested for relocation of our broadband connection since 2weeks and its not done yet. There is a neighborhood using hathway broadband in our new home so i don't think there will be a problem to bring line but still the relocation is not happening. If they are not going to give connection within this week then we don't have choice rather than discontinue the connection and go for other broadband. We have been using hathway for 2years and this is how they treat their existing customers??

                        Fed up beyond limits, because of the no. Of calls i receive from hathway customer care.
                        I used to hold a hathway account about 6 months back. But i shifted my residence and hathway refused to provide their services in the new location. So now i have nothing to do with hathway. But the calls are unstoppable! I have informed the customer care and have been patiently telling all executives to delete my no. From their calling list, but to no avail. Its torturous.

                          I regret to inform you the amount of inconvenience i have been facing from the last 1 week on getting the internet connection activated. Let me give you some background.

                          I have been a hathway user until 2015 (Used it for almost like 5 years) bearing account# 999525. I have had a lot of issues in the past and escalated to higher officials and also filed a complaint in consumer forum and consumer complaints board. After a lot of trouble faced from hathway on the connectivity i moved to act from 2015 and now hold 2 separate connections and i am very happy with the service act provides.

                          I never wanted to opt hathway again but after getting multiple calls from the customer support i wanted to give it a try and wanted to relocate the connection to my in-laws place. I was promised on getting the connection activated on the same day of payment for which i have made the payment online on friday, 22nd march. Since then, i have been chasing the hathway guys and still my connection is not activated. Below is the detailed drama.
                          1. Friday no one turned up and when i tried calling the agent, their mobile is either switched off or no response.
                          2. On saturday, i had a technician who comes and installs the modem and cable but not the router, when i asked him i was promised for a router, he said he was not aware of router and left, again i followed up.
                          3. On monday i had the router setup done but there was no connection yet and the reason they gave was the main cable on the apartment terrace has been broke by someone.
                          4. Tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday i kept following up and everyday i was promised of having the connection activated but there is no response.
                          5. Further, i keep getting calls from the technicians and ask me the address, i have given my address multiple times to multiple people but still they ask me for the address, for which i finally denied and told them to check with the hathway office.in response to that the agent rudely spoke, saying they will not give the connection for which i said i will file a complaint in the consumer forum and the response i got was do what you want to do!

                          Its been one week now and i am sick of the service you guys provide, when i call up the customer care i was told that the agent who promised me was on leave, does that reason even makes sense?

                          Please help me in getting this issue resolved. I have previously approached the consumer complaints board and i received a positive response on my issue. Thank you again in advance.

                            Have been facing problem since 4 days i. E on 26th march.

                            I wanted a new connection and made the payments online as guided by your
                            Esteemed service provider ravi raju, from the moment i made the payment, no response from your customer care or any other service provider or someone called field officers (Mentioned by customer care) such a incapable organization which don't have a proper structure.

                            Finally, myself went to the hathway office located in himayath nagar, hyderabad. After struggling of 3 days, 28/3/2019 a guy came gave the cable connection (He took 9 hours to reach us and gave cable connection) and he said the wifi router will be brought by another person in half an hour, now we are waiting for 24 hours, no one has come yet...

                            I am very much disappointed by the behaviour and the way your service
                            Providers keep avoiding and ignoring the calls the very next moment of
                            Payment.

                              I canceled hates service long back for their poor service. Now the cs only calls back with new offers. I have told many often to collect the router or give near by address. They inappropriately cut the calls. And the most funny thing is they send court notice for the modem... Which was offered with the package initially and now they dont collect it back and send notices??? What a cheap company! Resolve this...

                                I had taken the broadband connection from hathaway and they are not providing the services, i paid for the 50 mbps quarterly service and i do not get a speed of even 1 mbps. The customer service just hangs up on the call and no resolution is provided, i also requested them to cancel the services and refund me for the remaining period, they are not even willing to do that

                                  Taken hathway digital tv connection for 2 tvs at home through jaikumar (+91990279xxx9) around 6 months back with 1 year subscription. Initially service was good and off late from last one month jaikumar is responsive for any calls or messages or whats app. Post the new rule, we are suppose to give the filled in application form which he gave in feb 2019 and he never collected it back nor he comes to visit us. Every time gives one time slot and never visits. After following up for a months, now we have asked him to disconnect the cable connection itself because from 24th mar 2019 onwards no tv channels are coming. For that also he is not responding. We are simply making payment for no tv channels. Need help to get this resolved immediately and make the balance payment. I haven't seen this kind of poor service anywhere. This is not only ignorance but also mental harassment to customer more than a month! If not sorted out, will end up registering complaint in consumer court.                                   Digital TV customer Care, their customer Service Email, Nodal Officer Email and Grivience care Email is always non responsive. Mr Jaikumar most of them time doesn't respond and if he receives the call, then next Wednesday (this is 4 the time he said by next Wednesday payment happens) he says he will make the payment. while installing, he said the set up box if refundable but now there is different story.

                                  All free channels are disconnected by you/your partner Vinayaka cable net works at Naganathapura. Even requested pay channels are also not provided.

                                  All free channels are disconnected by your cable partner. Contacted local/available mob no 9742268311 who is also not helpful. I have contaced apelate authority no at 8 am, who is also not lifted the no. today.
                                  I have never had account with hathway.
                                  I am getting messages of receiving payment.
                                  I am enclosing screenshot.

                                    Gtpl (Ahmedabad) has been charged unwanted channel packege without my permission and now they are demannding to pay the same. I have so many times escalted this matter to his nodel officer but he is also not replying me in proper way. He/she is replying only same body mails and ask me to go to the branch. I asked to the branch person he is also not agree to reversed the charges.
                                    Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Before I have raised an complaint about the payment related issue and after I have paid 204rs extra excluding the packages for this Month for last momth I have paid 80 extra and then they have wantedly they have disconnected my cable lines after making the payment I have tried to contact customer service through mail, call no response from there end

                                      If they pick the call no response if I ask any queries they will disconnect the call no proper solution provided

                                        I am from chennai and i took an hathway broadband connection on 2-nd of febuary and they delivered my a playbox device.. I registered the device and went in to activate the subscription of netflix and it was successful, however when i try to activate sunxt and zee 5 i didn't went smooth.

                                        I called the hathway customer care and informed about this issue and the representative responded like their back end team will call me back in 4 hours.. But they didn't.. I have called the customer care and each and every time i receive the same feedback that "their back end team will call me back in 4 hours" but they never did.

                                        Even if i say to escalate to next level or available supervisor over the call they simply say they are not available and i am called in mid of the day and they are not available and they are fooling me around.

                                        I need to raise a complaint on this to them and i need those coupon at any cost.. Or will plan for an legal sue against them.

                                        My internet connection is down for last 1 week. I made so many complaints and they are not responding. I requested them to escalate the complaint. But no action. I paid 3 months bill in advance. Now I'm requesting them to disconnect and refund the amount. Still no response from them.
                                        My A/c No. [protected] in Odisha in the district of Cuttack, Jagatpur. I have alredy paid to the operator but has been suspended since one month. The cable operator has switch off his mobile. kindly cooperate.
                                        Dish is not coming from one week, I tried calling hathway local cable operators but they are not answering and my numbers get blocked.. And also tried hathway custmare care even that numbers are also not working. Could anyone please look into this issue.
