Not Receiving OTP for my separation portal

Hi HCL Support,

I am an Ex-HCLities and my SAP id is, 51481834. When I am trying to login alumni portal, I am not getting OTP on this. New password reset emails are getting received and only OTP alone not getting. Can you have a look and fix it asap.

Not Receiving OTP on mail to login in separation portal

Hi,
I was trying to transfer my PF from HCL to current employer, they(HCL) asked me for some documents wich i provided, then cancelled cheque was needed which i got after sometime but now i am not able to login into SPERATION PORTAL due to not Recieving OTP on my mail ID.

Not received OTP to my email id to login Onboarding Portal to download experience and relieving letter

Hi Team,
I am Ex-HCL Employee, I have completed my last working day in 30-June-2023, I have received ioffboarding credentials, when i try to login to portal to get Experience and Service letters of HCL, i haven't received any OTP to my registered mail id. i have tried to reset my password, still not received OTP.
Please help me to resolve this issue.i need to submit this in a new organisation.

Reference letter not received

Hi team,

I'm an ex-employee of HCL Technologies (Chennai).
My employee ID: 51438425
My tenure with HCL: 18th Oct 2012 to 7th July 2017

I sent an email to [protected]@hcl.com with all the details on 25th May 2023, requesting a Reference letter for immigration purposes.
And sent two times reminders also till now but there is no response from HCL EVL support team.

Good evening!

This is Hazinayab Duvvuru, Ex HCL employee and my SAP id is 51943618. On 31st May 2023, I applied for PF withdrawal. On 2nd June 2023, I got a settlement approval mail from HCL but still my withdrawal amount is not credited to my bank account.
