Hi Team,

Myself, Dipan Mukherjee SAP ID 51924390 is unable to login to HCL off boarding portal
https://wf4.myhcl.com/MySeparation/Login/Ex-HCLitesLogin.aspx as OTP is not getting sent to my email id or mobile number.

I urgently need my experience letter and need to withdraw PF amount for which I need the OTP to login to the portal.

I am an ex-employee of HCL SAP ID 51924390. I am not getting OTP from HCL offboarding portal in my personal mail Or phone number as a result of which I can not access my receiving letter, experience letter and also unable to do PF withdrawal.

My name is Bhanu Prasad Lade, I am Ex-Employee of HCL worked for the year May 2015 - Nov 2016.

I am unable to access EPFO Portal and seeing the below Error:
"Aadhar is not available against UAN, kindly seed aadhar through Employer."

I have to submit form 19 for withdraw process so for that to whom I should sign in the place of signature of employer/authorizer.

Hello Team,

I worked in HCL from 13/10/2014 to 27/05/2016. I applied to transfer to my PF to my present company(IBM india p ltd). I applied to transfer my PF account to my IBM account(PYKRP[protected]. In HCL my member id is GNGGN[protected]. When i request to transfer i just got the message its approved but it says zero amount transferred. Online claim transfer form 13 is with me. Do i need to send this form...

I have selected for HCL month ago, uploaded all document in portal and now BGV also completed but still didn't receive offer letter.
always HR will say still didn't receive approval.
My LWD is 24th June 2023 and i can join 26th June 2023.

Still my issue is not fixed. I have shared my Last working day proof to the company. still it has not been solved. this is the 3rd time I am here to complaint regarding this.

I have submitted all proof to them, they wanted my DOL proof I have shared still the PF team is not replying...

Employed for a period from 2.7.2007 to 3.3.2010. My PF account no. HIL EPF TRUST - HR/5572/134525. I have requested for transfer of the balance amount to my ac. Till date it hasn't been credited to my account.
