Dear sir/ madam
I did a electricity bill pay through paytm using HDFC netbanking. Bill has not been paid and amount also deducted from my account no. After that I did call to paytm,
But they replied they have not received amount.also I have checked it on net banking but it shows deduction only .
Please let me know what the problem occurred with this transaction....

I have submitted the bank account closure application on may 2017 in HDFC civil lines branch and also paid the due amount, yet I used to get messages from the bank for penalty charges for keeping my account balance low.

Hello i want to know about my hdfc bank account which is salry account but due to not credit salary then bank convert it into savings account now i am working in other company and apply that account to convert into a salary account again and submit the all required documents like company letter and account info to bank but i don't get any confirmation from bank side regarding account converted or not on phone call they ar not entertaining...

I noticed some "upfront fees" got deducted from my hdfc account for any international transaction. I have not done any such transaction and no issue with my netbanking and debit card.
I do not see any details in my account where the amount went. So, i tried to contact my relationship manager, i could never connect to her and every time new person takes the call and asks me to verify all details every time and later i get answer that...

I had applied for an hdfc fastag on 31st august 2017. I received confirmation that a fastag account has been created, with customer id:[protected] in september 2017. However, i have not received the fastag till date (16th january 2018).

The customer care number[protected] is not reachable and emails to hdfc. [protected]@sahaj.co.in has had no replies. This is appalling customer support from one of the biggest banks in india....

I lost this card so it is blocked and on call i requested that once penalty is waved off i will pay reaming amount. Hdfc guy on call assured me that it will be waved off in 3 days, so i was waiting.

would like to bring to your notice that hdfc bank has illegally transferred money from my account (No: [protected]) to one of their dept. They took the money in the name of a credit card which they never sent to me which I kept telling them for again and again. How can they take away my money..??

I sincerely request you to look into the matter and discourage this kind of practice done by these banks...

Hi,

Everytime my credit card outstanding amount is being increased without doing any transaction.

I checked my credit card outstanding balance on 13.02.2018 which showed Rs.109064.00/- and I payed Rs.84000 on the same day So the balance O/S should be Rs.25064.99/-.

But today I checked which shows Rs.28561.63/- how it possible without doing any transaction?

Why HDFC cheating customer?...
