In the month of Jun-2016, when I recieved credit card statement, I saw that late payment charge is there in the statement. For the month of May I paid the amount due on 16th of May, before 30th May . How come the late payment in the Jun's statement, even I paid before the due date? It is a fraud case and I will not keep any further relationship with this bank....

Imposing additional charges on foreclose loan

Charging high rates for ecs clearing

They keep charging high rates for ecs clearing which a common man cannot afford all the time. I informed them several times, but the same thing happens. The worst banking experience any one could have. They should revert the amount or least a nominal amount to be deducted. I have placed this complaint many times.
