Twice on complain, they reversed the late fee and overlimit fee.
Still somehow they have increased the minimum pay so as to make me pay more.

I am not happy to see this automatic deduction from my account. I have not asked any new service and don't expect a new charge for any such new service while this account has very limited transactions.

I do not understand why HDFC does this and make these deductions. This account is not much in use and now I am expecting another quarter deduction for an account which will cost be 500 INR per year for doing almost nothing....
