Fastag not received

I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500
After that i received customer id & wallet id through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 1st Jan onwards....

Transaction failed but money debited

I had made a payment of 14840 for electricity bill on 31st Dec, 2020. The payment is deducted from by account but the transaction is failed and I have no update from the bank whatsoever. I am clueless what had happened to my money and when will I get a refund for the same.
I request you to please look in this matter as I have to pay the bill immediately or they might cut the power.

Unable to receive mobile OTP while staying abroad

I have registered my email on HDFC website under my account but I still receive OTP on my phone, which is no longer working since I moved abroad in 2019. I am unable to transact from HDFC Bank. Please resolve the issue asap....

Fastag sticker

I had applied for my fastag through HDFC bank 15days ago .On 24 the Dec i received my wallet ID which was recharged with 500 Rs . But I still haven't received my fastag sticker till date due to which I am facing troubles everyday . Kindly look into it .Fastag application number is HFR01762512....

Fastag sticker not received even after 2 weeks

I have applied for fast in HDFC on the 17th of december and there is no trace of it. Have not received it since date. Applicaiton no. HFR01725824 in the name of Vidyut Acharya.

I have sent a mail to the dispute team too as adviced by the call centre but there is no reply on that either....

No response from customer care from ;last 4 months

Personal loan due

I have hdfc sal account and get personal loan from hdfc bank i paid every month emi 7200 but once i coudn't maintains balance in account and that time i was charged with overdue charge which is around 649. Now, after four month they charge me 236 rs for emi rtn charges. If i have already paid overdue charges then why hdfc is again charging with emi rtn charges....

Fastag not delivered

I have applied for Fastag on[protected], however, even after 15 days there's no information from Bank's side about the delivery details of Fastag. Further, the customer care number HDFC Bank displays too is not working and no body at the Bank has any clue about the service and also about the delivery status. So basically no body at the Bank has any knowledge and are not able to address the issue....

AMB False deduction prior to maintaining minimum balance

This is Adarsh Kulkarni from Bangalore region and I have noticed that on Dec 8th Rs 4307 has been deducted from my account as a AMB Charges, August month Twice the amount it has been deducted and Sep, October, November also without any reason although I have maintained a 10, 000 Rs minimum monthly balance in my account without prior notice to me or any email/message conversation.
