I have made 2 transaction of rs. 6928+6928 - to university of madras through hdfc bank credit card on 03.08.2020. The transaction failed but amount debited from credit card, but the transaction was not processed. Hoping my previous refund will be reversed. Please do your best for return of my amount.

Hi,

Hdfc bank is being one of the fraud bankers while opening account they told me your atm has no charges and it's now 7 years i have not been charged on any other bank transaction but now it's been month i am being charged on 5 transaction....

My account has been debited with wrong depository charges of 883.57 Rs.
I have tried contacting your customer care and they just transfer my call to the de mat desk and no one picks up.
In this time of covid when we are suffering with financial crises you guys are charging wrong charges on my account. This has happend several times when my HDFC salary account gets debited with many wrong charges which...

I purchased a gadget from Amazon on 04/July/2020 on no cost EMI using my credit card ending 2733. My statement date is the 6th of every month so I was expecting the first installment to be included in my July 2020 credit card statement there by not having to pay unnecessary interest. To my surprise the first installment for the Loan which has a booking date as 06/July/2020 was intentionally delayed to August thereby causing unnecessary interest...

Hi,

This was the atutomatic deduction done on my credit card of inr 4200, i usually dont check my message sms, but that day i purchased a new mobile through my credit card and as the amount was big, i just happen to check the sms of mobile purchase deduction.

But to my suprise, i found out that there was deduction of 4200 inr to (Google *kay richey[protected] c) and this is the first time that such a thing...

Thank you hdfc bank for making my day worst day!!!
Iam the account holder of hdfc bank thalassery branch and my account name is SINDHOOR.without my knowledge and informing me, they had charged Rs 588+116 as low usage charges for the swiping machine mosambee.

When I contacted the branch manager he simply told me he is helpless in this issue and the response was pathetic.i have 3 more savings account in the hdfc bank...

40 days back, i contacted our rm mr. Rohit having mobile no [protected] and applied for third part transfer facility for my huf account.

But till today, the facility has not been activated in my account. I contacted many time to mr. Rohit but all in vain.

Today, mr rohit called me to come in the branch personally...

I didn’t asked for one assist mfee so how can deduct rs, 1899/- without my consent from my card.
Better refund my money rs. 1899/- which has been deducted from my card on 21 july 2020 immediately and cancel this subscription or plan from my card. I don’t need....
