I am Gunjan Popli and have applied for online NPS account. I paid my 1st contribution using the net banking services of HDFC bank. I had selected HDFC bank as one of bank for KYC verification since i have salary account in this bank for many years. Fastag wallet id and customer id and welcome message

Sir/madam,
I have not received my welcome message with fastag wallet id and customer id. Only the message stating the balance amount and status of id showing active message is reflecting on 26thmarch 2020 for the amount in balance.
When i am trying to use the vrn it is still not accepting....

Hdfc bank cashback not received

I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 26/12/2019 from idigital, dwarka sector 7, new delhi. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked from the store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible....

mirevenue hold by gefu

Address: BLOCK O, 6A 3rd floor ,jamgpura ext 110014.

Amt of 4898.80 is held my hfdc bank ltd for no given reason.
Customer care not takin calls bcos of pandemic.
Visited bank jangpura ext home branch 110014 they have no clue.
Even if it’s abt not maintaining a min bal for that bank is charging me every alternate month by auto debit arnd 400/500 rs.
Then why this hold?
This is abusing a customer financially in this difficult time n need.
Please resolve...

Regarding deduction of amount illegally

On 27th july they charged rs 1472 as inter branch cash charge with penalty which is completely illegal as I haven't done any such transaction especially at inter branch. Such a fraud bank and branch .
Vikrant khand gomti nagar lucknow branch . Take strict action against any such banks and refund my money...

Wrong commitment of Jumbo loan on credit card

Today I received a call from [protected], a operator called Riya told me that HDFC Bank offering me loan against credit card at flat 10.25% to me of Rs 2, 40, 000 . I like that offer but she started to jiggling with words and calculation like loan at 19.06 but it's 10.25 % flat. I said your EMI calculation are not matching with me but she said you are miscalculating your Loan it's 10.25% . So I said Ok. But after checking at HDFC...

I am complaining about negative balance in my Account

Negative balance in my account

Hi,
My name is vinay dhyani. I joined a company in the year 2019 and that company opened my salary account in hdfc bank. I left that job after few days because of study reason. At that time my account balance was zero and yesterday i saw that my account showing negative balance of rs.6, 619.70. I am totally shocked and worrying about the same that how it is possible since no single transaction have been done at my end.

Wrong commitment reg loan account

We are having 2 current accounts and 4 savings account with hdfc.
We had a cc account with federal bank. The hdfc executives approached and advised to open a loan account, where i have to pay the interest on the money, which i spent on my loan account. No other charges will be charged for non usage of funds. They only said, the total amount will be reduced month after month.
There was lot of miscommunication and wrong commitments...
