Welcome kit not received

I opened my account on 6th of this month and its been 20 days i haven't got anything from hdfc..i was supposed to get my welcoming kit in 10 days max..i tried calling the customer care of hdfc as well but it is of no use..no tracking number nothing..please help me with this or else i have to close my account with this useless bank.....

i am complaining about my netsafe account and debit card blocked issue

I am ritesh benjwal from jammu. Recently i opened my regular savings account into my nearby hdfc bank with ifsc code : hdfc0009649 (Miran sahib branch)

Let me explain the scenario to you.

ACH Mandate registration

I have taken loan from HDFC bank. Last week I received a text stating that I need to complete my Mandate registration. I have completed the registration and received confirmation over text but today again I received a text from HDFC stating

Hotstar debited 999 using my HDFC credit card

Website: HOTSTAR

Hi,
I received sms alert saying 999 spent via credit cardxxx7344 on hotstar 1436370 on 2020.7.24 at 23:26:06 without pin/otp.

I am diner's card holder for long - please stop this fraudulent activity, hotstar may have put it as recurrent.

Also refund my amount by raising a dispute - i have mailed you the details on this.

Unreasoned deduction

Amount is getting deducted from my salary account with the following description (Nwd decchg 15-07-20 cardend[protected]mir[protected] and nwd decchg 15-07-20 cardend[protected]mir[protected] twice from my hdfc accounts. I havent even done any transaction over the last day.

Recently i applied a hdfc credit card and that was approved. credit card dispatched and out of delivery from blue dart courier service.But they cant delivered during lock down and now i got a message from bank my card is return to bank. Purchased IPhone Through HDFC Credit Card did not received the cash back

Unauthorized transaction

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 0445 without my concern on date:14/07/2020. I am not interested about this one assist mfee service and don't want this membership. I had purchased an i phone from vijay sales in the month of november 2019 and the date was 26 november and i had been promised a cashback worth rs 10, 000 for the same which has not been received yet.

I have a policy from hdfc life with policy no 21029181

I have very bad experience with hdfc life insurance. I asked for "traditional" plan but they made a "ulip" plan policy. And on my policy dob is wrong. My dob is[protected] & you mentioned[protected]. No action taken for correction. You know better about premium difference of 7 years. Employees came to me for this policy and i asked for traditional policy plan (30, 000/-)....

credit card not received

I applied for credit card online on 4th july 2020, it has been more than 21 days now, but they don't answer satisfactory. I used twitter, facebook and e mail (Grievance redress all) but they give standard response every time i. E. Track credit card online. They are not interested in resolving customer complaints. They just do marketing but when it comes to service, they don't issue credit card. They are not approving my credit card even after...

credit card not received

I applied for hdfc millenia credit card on 4th july, it has been more than 2 weeks but it shows credit card is still in process. They don't communicate whether card is approved or not. Even after meeting the eligibility criteria, they are not issuing me credit card, i complained through mail, twitter and facebook, but they only reply track it online. If i can track online, why would i contact you. They give standard response but don't issue...

Cashback on credit card
