Adhoc stmt charge debited from my hdfc account

Ad hoc statment charge ₹115 deduct from my account
Without information dated on 04/07/2016
When i reach to branch regarding they cant provide proper solution as well as customer care told same answer.
But my point is that if i cant visit at branch on 04/07/2016 and dont take any statment according to my account so why they charge me ₹115.
So need to clearification from bank or reverse my ₹115 to my account...

1) this is to inform hdfc team that till now have return more than 30 mails on a single subject but no one has responded to the query.

2) but for the payment hdfc team will send notice to home which is not ethical.

3) i didn't apply any loan from hdfc

4) hdfc team has credited the loan amount into my old salary account and they have debited the loan amount from the account. Now if they are asking me to pay the rest of the amount which i will not pay. Because i have not used the amount and i have not applied for the loan amount. I want proper reason for this loan amount.

5) i wrote mails to the same issues to the below mail id's

6) please pull out the bank records and the proof of my loan application. Please understand it is very difficult such notices from hdfc team. I want the person details who has credited the loan amount into my account.

7) i am really help less and i will not pay a single rupee towards my loan amount because i have not applied and i didn't touch single rupee in that

    November 2012 - i had been offered hdfc bank credit card. The executive told me during while offering the card that it is life time free. She even mentioned that there are some one time charges but those charges will get reversed because you get some welcome reward points on the first swipe. Under this misguidance (Or false promise) i took the credit card. I had been regular in paying the dues.

    March 2013 - i was surprised to note that charges of rs. 1122 were debited to my statement.

    April 2013 - i called the customer care and spoke to arpita regarding the false promises with which the card was offered and requested if something can be done. Arpita affirmed that charges shall be waived and she asked to send a mail to grievance redressal cell regarding the false promise and alleged fraud. As advised, i sent the mail to the grievance redressal cell stating all the facts and requesting the waiver. Also, i mentioned that i don’t want to continue with the credit card if such charges were to be paid with the card. The grievance redressal cell replied to my mail that the charges cannot be waived. I then requested to cancel the card and paid all the dues in relation to the purchases made by me excluding the charges.

    Till date no action is taken by hdfc bank on the front of settling this issue. I keep getting payment reminders from hdfc bank. The worse part is that i have also received a legal notice which is threatening to report the matter to cibil. This is seriously appalling, that also from hdfc bank. I have also received calls from hdfc bank for payment of the entire amount due along with late payment charges and interest (Which has now increased to rs. 7940). I have always asked them for settlement to avoid this harassment. But no settlement has been offered to me till date.

    I am happy to meet personally and explain the matter to the concerned officer of hdfc bank. I have all the mail communications in place for reference. I would expect a speedy solution, as this is a critical matter for me.

      Addressing your concern we wish to clarify that Combined closure form is a common form which is required to fill in by an account holder incase he holds more than a single product with the Bank.

      By filling this form our customers can close all other accounts/products and delink the same along with Savings account held with the bank. For ex : ISA account/ Depository account / Credit card etc.

      You will need to tick the relevant boxes mentioned on the form.

      This application must be signed by all Joint Holders where the account is held jointly in the same order of names as appearing on the account or by sole holder in case of sole ownership account to be closed. In case the account is in debit balance, please fund the account to the extent of the over-dues together with interest, before submission of application for closure.

      In case the account is dormant, please submit a letter at the branch for activation of your account. Your account closure request can be processed only post activation of your account.

        As per offer by amazon, i have purchased laptop on 5th april then i will get cash back as 10% and i got email also that already 2000 rupee has processed on 6th july but still i did not get money in my card, while i am trying to reach to hdfc bank team for this complaint then no one is responding. so either amazon doing wrong or hdfc bank, i don't know about it but i got confirmation mail from amazon so i can point out hdfc bank only. so as a kind request, please help me as soon as possible.

          I am carrying hdfc credit card since long time. at the time of issue it is been mentioned that it will be no renewal fees.initial year i didn't get charged. but suddenly this month they send me statement and adding some membership renewal charges of rs.2875.
          I told them i don't want to renew any membership so kindly cancel it but still they are threatening me and forcing me to pay this money. i doubt they could use any external force also to extort the money from me. extortion is illegal they can force me to do any renewal of membership.
          Please let me know what should i do. where should i file complaint.

              Sir, i am y sainath a salaried employee from hyderabad. last week i received call from hdfc representatives saying that they can provide personal loans at interest rate of 12 to 12.5%. so i accepted the offer and applied for the loan. your representative came to my office and collected the required documents. today i received the following msg on my phone

              Dear sir, loan application of y sainath of personal loan, los no. 40936520 is disbursed for loan amt 500000 tenor 48 emi 13663. rgds-hdfc bank ltd t&c apply

              In the above msg for the emi of rs 13663, the rate of interest comes out to be 14%. upon enquiring the hdfc representatives are not responding properly.
              Hence u r representative to take necessary action of either reduce the rate of interest to 12% as said by ur representative or cancel my loan application.

                Hi i took hdfc life insurance policy on[protected] and policy # 18369881and premium is 25000 paid through credit card, that time the executive told you have to pay 25000 on july month statement without any interest amount, but i got received the interest on april month 3800. but i called the executive they will revised only 1288 and remaining amount not reversed. they are cheated and very wrost service, finally i decided to cancel my policy and again i am not facing this probelm on next year, hereafter i am not faith in hdfc life insurance.

                Still My probelm not resolved, In last month july 21st i have received call from hdfc life insurance in chennai branch .(anna nagar branch), one of the executive ( i am not mentioned that person name) regarding for my issues, they told, we will give your interest charge amount 2500, before that you have write a document for IRDA like My problem resolved and sign it, after that Monday we will deposit the amount in your account, i signed it after that i am not received any call from that person, and amount not deposited.

                This is my humble request to HDFC life insurance executives, Please don't be cheated me again and again, and please make sure i don't want your 2500 amount. i am realize now, hereafter i will not take any life insurance policy, expect LIC.

                  Hi manager,

                  I am not at all happy with your service at call center i had register an complaint on the online payment of rs 2500/- for bajaj finace which was done by my debit card the complaint number is 1101547 i had also filled in the form & dispatch it. there was an tat of 15 days i was doing an follow up every week & i was given different dates for the amt to get back in my a/c. on my follow up they kept me on long hold & the resolution was not at all satisfying. last week the call was transferred from the banker to manager & then to his manager saying we would not be able to credit the amt as the complaint is taken wrong that to after 20-25 days then what were banker checking on when kept on hold i. e are the banker not trained enough to handle a/c why are they giving fake & incorrect information to customers & fooling them & keeping them on long hold for more than 20 mins on a charged line i had also asked an call back arranged from them with the resolution but till now i haven't received an call or an email from them. this is really very bad ob hdfc fooling people & to remind i have an co-operate a/c with you ppl very disappointing

                    Hi, am using hdfc credit card from last december 2015. I swiped 28000 from my credit card. I have paid 4 months emi. Bus due amount is as same as earliear. I requested them to update and give complete credit card statement but no response from them. They jus call me to recover the bill. Kindly update my paid amount. Every month as i pay it should reduce but its increasing. Check and clarify me to precced my bill.

                      I am maintaining a salary account at hdfc bank, branch - shiv nadar university, village - chithara. on dated 04 july 2016, i have deposited rs. 1.25 lakhs at hdfc bank sarita vihar branch (nearest to my home and as i was told that there will be no extra charges for depositing cash at non-home branch while maintaining salary accounts). now, when i checked my account statement i could see that charges are deducted from my account towards the transaction without any prior intimation. and, when i checked with the customer care they are saying charges are applicable as inr 5 per inr 1000 excluding st and other taxes but (this should be not the case with salary account as per the statement given by hdfc executive and previous experiences with other banks). there was no intimation by the person sitting over the cash counter as well about the charges otherwise i would not have deposited there. this is like looting customers by misguiding them while opening an account, substandard employees in their branches who are not even trained to inform customers about such charges and deduct customer amount without any prior intimation. hdfc bank customer care service is also pathetic i had to call 2-3 times and seems executive over the call forget about it after putting the call on hold i. e. very long hold time to respond.

                        During the past 2 years my account is inactive and balance is less than 10 k rupees, the bank has charged 600 / month for a total of 6200 rs for the entire year making the balance negagive. as per rbi guidelines these charges cannot be made if balance is below 0 rs, thereby violating rbi guidelines. they have also not notified me through email or post about the charges for not maintaining minimum balance. request you to close the account with no charges.

                            I have been issued a cc which is been upgraded to ragellia and it had been told by my rm and the person accompanied that it is free of cost card, but strangely after an year i got a bill of 2875 on my card and when i called hdfc phone banking they reply that you are telling wrong it is a chargeable card... I talked to my rm and he assured that the things will be reversed and i also put a mail to show my kyc so that i can get a conformation but no reply on the same and the mail is still pending... Today i saw my statement and got shocked seeing late fee also levied on my card???... This is the height of stupidity and a total fraud by such a so called great bank???

                              I have been through so many problems with this bank and they never actually helped me with anything. They took all the opportunity to treat me bad, harass me and what not?
                              I'm in conversation with my bank - hdfc regarding my credit card, salary savings account and debit card as i have been victim of scam that took place on 02 july 2016, i've informed the bank and has put a stop on all my information, though there was no monetary loss. Now i requested my bank on 9th of june 2016 to close my credit card permanently so that i can pay it off on emis with them, i have been paying on it from last 6 months on time and the required amount, they still add late fee charges and over limit charges. I will be unable to pay it off, i requested them to discontinue my credit card so that late fee charges and over limit charges can be stopped, i never said no to pay the interest. They said cannot do it until you pay it off. I co-operated with them and i was through scam right after 22 days of my last conversation with the bank. I have everything on closure with them, they refused to close my card twice already, then i wrote to their managing director, mr. Aditya puri and their escalation team reconsidered my matter and looking in it, they promised me either they will enhance my credit limit so that those charges can be stopped or may permanently shut down my card and place the balance on emis including interest in 7 days. They will inform me with the same once they get it straighten out. Now their collection people called me on 11th of july 2016 and i was at my work place, i don't understand whom am i speaking to via email. If the bank's collection team is calling an escalated account, it means bank don't co-ordinate between departments. It's really hard to trust the bank because they have harassed me once before by getting in to my house without any notice and created trouble for my family. I don't want the situation to re-appear.                                     I was coaxed into opening a salary account on hdfc kalkaji, delhi branch. hoping for a better service due to its huge size, i must say i was disappointed to my see it take a week for my money to be added into my newly opened account.

                                    To top it, my debit card (which is brand new) keeps getting declined for some strange reason! well, i could change the pin, which makes me firmly believe it's not blocked (wait, why would it be blocked again?!)

                                    I cant activate funds transfer (which is self activated in every other bank ac out there) without registering my mobile number.
                                    I swear i had my cellphone number written in the ac opening form! why isn't it registered yet?! to top it, i can't send the registration message via the phone either because the response always states "you have either provided wrong details or its already registered."
                                    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Update: HDFC Kalkaji Branch Manager rang me up to let me know the issues facing my accounts have been fixed. I acknowledge that the complaint has been resolved and this thread is no longer valid.

                                      I am having account in chidambaram hdfc bank.. Now i am in saudi arabia.. Recently i opened nri account in this branch..In this account opening kit not having pass book and atm pin also.. Today my family persons went to the branch with proper id card of mine to get the atm pin and the passbook, the branch persons not ready to give that to my family persons they simply told we only give that to the account holders only.. Please clarify me how is possible to come to india from saudi arabia for a single passbook and atm pin.. Thank you..
