With regard to to my monthly emi instalment of 4545 on 1st of every month.
My first two emi has been paid online to you prior to due date falls but I am unable to know why late charge penalty of 475 applies to me.
This is totally astonishing for me.

Dear Sir,
I have taken loan for a Tipper Truck Model : AL Ecomet 1215 ( Make : Ashok Leyland). Loan Contract No : ESGWJO00063. I seems that the EMIs are debited in later date against which was fixed at the time of Contract and debited amount are not equal each time. Please help me to get it resolved ASAP.

Also, please help to get the updated loan statement.

I am waiting since 24th December 2019 for a foreclosure letter to close my loan account, but till date there is no reply from Hinduja Housing Finance Ltd. Vasai Branch. They don't have even a courtesy to inform me the reason of delay or date when letter will receive. After regular follow ups and visit to Vasai west office till date they don't have any answers. I have never seen such a worst company in my life.

I bought a loan from Hinduja in Nov-2015 for a vehicle that got completed in Nov-2019. There was an insurance amount that was paid, which Hinduja deliberately put in outstanding dues and without any information. They carried it all over till now and calculated compound AFI subjecting to a total of more than 1 Lack Rupees. We bought a loan for Suzuki Gixxer SF FI Bike(Registration No: TN 85 F 7644). The loan was bought in the name of K. MURUGAN. Our 1st EMI started on 12/03/2018. At that time they said amount will be deducted directly from our Indian bank account through ECS. But for 3 months, the amount is not deducted and we asked to one of their representative Rajesh and he said ECS is not working for us...
