gas cylinder not delivery last 20 days from hp gas

Hi,

This is in regards consumer no 623901.
1- first i had booked gas on 2-feb-2020 but you canceled it (Booking no 508309)
2- secondly again i booked on 7-feb again u canceled (Booking no 515453)
3-again i book on 12-feb (Booking no 519067) but till date not received.

And in between gas price increased by rs 200/-.

Now let me know why you had canceled by booking and not price...

complaint against petrol station-rude behavior of staffs

Today evening i along with my family went to hp petrol pump, kismatpur road, bandlaguda jagir, hyderabad-500086 to fill fuel in my honda activa. I filled petrol of rs.280/-. cylinder refill not delivered even after 21 days

My consumer no. Is 605768 and gas agency is sn hp gas. I booked for cylinder refill on13th jan 2020 via phonepe but did not get the refill till now. Everyday i am calling the gas agency and they say it will be delivered but nothing is done. Also the delivery man demands extra money. Need to take action on this agency as many people are facing issues like this....

non receipt of lpg subsidy stating the reason that aadhaar status is inactive in npci

petrol pump charging extra on card transactions

Hi, we are being charged 1 or 1.5% extra on petrol pumps while paying through card transaction. While the petrol was put for rs 332.42 please see receipts and msg while in the bank statement petrol pump charged 344.22.

I have seen this happening with all the cards while refilling at petrol pumps.
Why these is being charged extra and provide an explanation....
