gas booking refund

HPGas BkngNo 564888 Con 621127 Bkng Clrd 02.Nov.2019 SONI GAS AGENCIE OTP 3844 http://ezpay.hpcl.co.in//ezypay//h//[protected] to pay for refill paid the amount rs.711.40 via the above link and got the successful transaction message. But when the gas delivery came the distributor denied for the online payment received confirmation. However, the amount is deducted from the bank. Please help me in refunding it......

I booked cylendre for home delivery on 3rd nov 2019 but not deliver and status delivered. To cylendre whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with hp gas agency......

delivery man not loyal to work and no delivery intime

But now today when i check it shows delivered to me on 28 October
But actually it was not delivered to me

for charging extra and bad behaviour

only advertising and not giving proper facility

I was at hpcl petrol pump at aashta (Sangli) and it is well known and on the way to sangli. This pump only advertise about many facilities about hpcl. I am also a hpcl gas distributor in shirala (Sangli). I went to that pump and that pump was not able to activate even hpcl petrol card. If a hpcl pump is advertising something about our company and they are unable to give service then it's highly embarrassing situation for all hpcl members......

misbehaving staff, no toilet, no air, no drinking water
