Hello,

I am an ICICI bank saving account holder Mr. Bhushan A. Arun Gawande. An amount of Rs. 826 has been deducted from my account on dated 25th Sept. 2020. Transaction details are like DP CHGS TILL AUG-20. Please let me know the reason for this deduction and if it's not applicable to me then please refund it ASAP.

    Ecs charges cut from my account overall 600 for debit card, and 1540 for credit card bcz shortfall of amount in account. Eventhough rbi said that dont take charges for ecs and short fall amount in banks but icici took auto debit the amont from account regarding ecs etc.

      Would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 28 September, 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

        In the name of ecsrtnchgs, multiple transactions are executed in the last one month. Nearly more than rs9000 is debited in the name of charges. I have ipru policy where ecs is cancelled recently. Money is getting debited every time i deposit money. How can you charge more than rs9000 in the name of ecs or nach charges as i failed to pay my rs12000 term policy premium this year. I’m your customer since many years. Kindly take action.

        I have learned that ICICI bank is deducting money on account of failure to continue SIP activated in myCAMS account. Just because of my enrollment in Mutual fund SIP to third party CAMS and failure to pay due to the corona problem, you cannot deduct Rs9000. Kindly resolve.

          Without my consent, rs. 3000 has been deducted from my account on 28/09/2020 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected]
          I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
          This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected] is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.

                I have never asked or used any of the demat account from icici bank. Rd 826 deducted from my bank account without any notice neither i received any message after the deduction. Feels like a fraud, need my money back immediately back in my account.

                When tried reaching to customer care, they ask to connect to demat services and when procedding there, they ask on the ivr for the demat account number. How can i have a demat account number when i haven't applied for it?

                      Hello,

                      From my icici bank saving account, there are 2 deductions - 1st on 25 jun with amount 206.50 rs. And 2nd on 25 sep with amount 826 rs. Both were deducted with remark dmc/dp chgs.

                      I am not what these deductions are happened. Also there is no notification regarding these deductions.

                      Please credit back both deductions in my saving account as soon as possible.

                            Dear sr/madam,

                            On 25th mar rs 1062 (Promotion charges) and 28 apr rs 826 (Dp charges) deduced from my account.
                            I never do trading so i do not need any promotion thus both promotion charges & demat charges should also not be applied.
                            I have logged a complaint on 18 jul and it has been months but the issue has not been addressed.
                            On 4th aug, customer care agreed to refund the money. But after the rm call it was refused and did not give any further clarification.

                            As a woman, i am struggling to refund my money for which i am not responsible.
                            I am still in shock how my money can be taken away from my account without any prior notice.

                            Please let me know when i am going to get a refund and why customer care has refused to refund money.

                            I have not received any response so far while waiting for months.
                            I am not sure how consumer complaint site can help me solved this issue because it clearly shows that ICICI don't want to resolve the issue. They are enjoying our hard earn money.
                            Definitely my family and relation will close the accounts because they don't care cusromers.
                            We will also book complain to RBI and spread this pathetic service to the world.

                            I have not received my entire amount so far. I have received onyl Rs 471 instead of Rs 1062.
                            I have mentioned to customer care that my entire amount has not refunded but they are keep saying please check 13 Oct, your amount refunded.
                            i am pasting last few email communication and response from ICICI direct.
                            We are really scared of this kind of service where money deducted from my account without my knowledge and i am struggling now for getting back.

                            I have not received full refund so far.
                            I have received response that refund is based on Prorata basis
                            Prorata is applied when i asked for service and if i am breaking it.
                            This is really ridiculous because i was expecting ICICI to realize their mistake and then it should return my money with out any hassle. But they are start giving me useless calculation
                            I am sure if they will do fraud with anyone like this then is there any rule in our country.
                            Please have a look into this issue. I am struggling from last 5 months

                                  I have checked online my passbook and i saw you made dp charges, could you explain what is dp charges?
                                  And don't tell me it is demat account changers, if this is demat account charges so how many times your team makes charges for the demat account in a year?

                                  On 28/04/2020 you have made rs.344.17/- that time i can understand and why should i understand at the time your executive told me this is a free demat account with your salary account and you have never made any changes in the last 4 years so why your making charges in lockdown period? From last year are you sleeping?

                                    Bank charged 1180₹ for the month of july due to non maintaining the minimum balance.
                                    Neither the bank executive nor any customer support has called to acknowledge.
                                    I keep on maintaining ₹25k balance to avoid nmmab charges.
                                    But instead of maintaining balance they have charged in the name of nmmab charges

                                      I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 25th September 2020 time was 03:70 am. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please refund my money back. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                                        I Have never use used any single service in icici direct account, so how can this amount be deducted without any prior notice, i din't receive deduction msg on mobile nor any email .
                                        please help me get this amount refund .

                                        Yes same charges made with me Rs.826.00/- not notified me. they are also made same charges in April month Rs. 34..17/-.

                                        They are colleting fund for salary in lockdown period and not reply their excutive to customers.
