I closed the nre/nro account a year back and the balance which i had in that account is still pending to be received from icici.
Firstly i got the dd in a wrong name, it's not my fault the person who opens the account, opened in a wrong name, all my correspondence always came to the incorrect name, not sure how the name in backend system is different.
Second issue: the amount given to me is wrong and less. Instead of refunding 103468 however, i have been issued a cheque of only 333, what happened to balance?.

      On behalf of the icici account holder dr. Lalit rathod, i would like to inform you that 12, 500 inr was debited from mr. Kunal rathod's (Mine) account (Syndicate bank account) on 1st september 2020, 11:16 pm. But, the same amount has not been deposited in the latter's account (Dr. Lalit rathod's). So, please initiate this as soon as possible.
      I have confirmed the same transaction with the syndicate bank customer care and is showing success. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

        Respected madam/sir,
        I have been a customer of icici bank for the past 15years and hold the credit card as well. my account number is[protected] and credit card ending four digits 5241 xxxx xxxx 5008 i have had certain delinquencies in my credit card for the past few months and i am paying the same as much as possible.

        I have received a call from your agent mr. Trilok singh tomar ([protected]) as recovery agent and threatened me of abuse and threats from other recovery agents if i do not settle as per their condition.

        Such action from the bank side hurt me a lot, ouraised my dignity and respect and also adversely impacted my morale despite the fact that everyone is impacted due to covid.

        Threatening to customers for recovery, abuse and hurt of any kind is violation of rbi guidelines and also a crime as per indian penal code.

        I am sending this notice to icici bank as legal notice to enquire the matter and take necessary action and if the bank fails to do so, i will approach the court of law for restoration of my rights.

            Icici bank forcefully opens a demat account while opening salary account / savings account. Yearly they collect amc without even the knowledge of the customers, what is worse is these cheat sick bank people deduct amount as "depository charges" as if they pay the depository (Say cdsl) this amount.. No!!! They keep it for themselves but collect it in the name of depository so that people unknown with the subject will accept this misinformation.. This is huge dirty scam run by the cheap bank.

            Please be careful.. Never open securities account with icici bank under any circumstances.. They will simply get few additional sign from you, during savings account opening and your hard earned money will be looted simply like that without your knowledge.. Never trust icici bank...!!!

                I parth desai am having icici bank account at makarba branch. 826.00 rupees had been deducted from my account as dp chgs till jun -20 dp charges in july 2020. I have never activated and used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.

                I had filled the complaint before as well but no response has been received yet. When i approached icici direct through email i came to know the bank representative had also made 6 transactions in my demat account in last fy.. Immediately i had approached the call centre of icici direct and since then am getting calls from the icici representatives from their personal numbers and demanding my home address and other personal details. I have kept record of all the phone call logs.

                When i stopped attending the call i got an email from icici that my refund cannot be processed without giving any reason.

                Request for immediate intervention and to stop the false activites being carried out by icici direct.

                  Dear sir,

                  Today there was an unauthorized transaction from my credit card of inr 999 for amazon standing intru.
                  Kindly credit the inr 99 in my amazon credit card back again and it's really disheartening to see that such a transaction can be done without the consent of the user and without any otp. I was really shocked when i realized that my credit card is compromised.
                  I got the message for transaction at 8:29 pm on 15th september.

                  (Inr999.00 debited on credit card [protected] on 15-sep-20. Info:amazon standing)

                  Please look into this very seriously and kindly do the needful investigation asap.

                            Hi, i applied for a credit card and now just want to check application status after 8 days. Till now i didn't get any response from their end. Now ivr call is just saying to wait from last 22 minutes and then they cut the call.

                            Worst service, there should be some legal action against these stupids, who are wasting another person's time. I am not going to handle a credit card from this bank.

                                Dear sir\madam, i visited the demat help desk of icici bank and submitted the demat account closure and transfer

                                Reference service request number: sr[protected]

                                Submitted this on 5th september, 2020 with sla of 6 working days.

                                Still my request has not been completed.
                                Been regularly following through all possible communication channels.

                                Please stop harassment or i would prefer closing all my bank accounts with icici bank.
                                Your services are very bad and lack any credibility.
                                Please help immediately.

                                  4600 rupees have been deducted from my icici salary account statement shows posdec charges. How can a bank deduct such a big amount without notifying me.

                                  I want my money back and to be informed before such charges are being levied by banks. Banks are there to help customers but they are just exploiting the customers in such bad times of covid 19 where people are already facing issues int heir family.

                                    My icici savings account balance got auto debited without my knowledge, called customer care they replied simply saying it's for non payment of credit card and till month due to corona non business & no income i had applied for moratorium & this month september icici card dept person called me & asked about payment & i replied that will make min due by this month last they said ok but pls make the payment but today 14th sep 2020 suddenly my icici account balance got into - (Minus) &in this tough time this situation makes my mind mad kindly look into this& solve this issue

                                      We would like to bring to your elite notice that iam one of the customer of icici bank and now i fully scared on this bank for whether they debit my account balance or not. Because they unwantedly charged my account balance without my knowledge or permission through sms, mails and phone calls. I don't know why they charged using the way of ecsrtnchg and what is this?
                                      I already posted the same complaints on hdfc bank loan account for asking why ecs charges made and they replied me that the hdfc bank doesn't charged for emi ecs bounce charges.
                                      Respected sir i want to know why the icici bank charged my account.in this covid-19 pandemic days so many people are very disturbed for this type of charges. Atleast they have maintained some s complaint. Kindly i need my amount reversal for my icici account. And i must have to know why the icici bank charged this amount. Please do some needfull.

                                      Due to covid-19 we are facing so many problems we enquiry financial persons they are telling to bank icici bank and went to icici bank they are telling to ask financial merchant. At this context to whom should we have to ask our deducted money.

                                      In this regard, we sincerely request banker to provide the concern deducted amount in our account.
