Hi, i am puja, an amount below has been deducted from the savings account in the name of dp chgs without any prior notice or intimation.
1. 826 on 25th sept. 2020
2. 344 on 28th april 2020

I have never activated and used demat services from icici and most importantly i dont know i hold any demat account till now. This came to my notice when the amount deducted 2nd time. There was no prior notice or any message from bank informing customers regarding this.

I need my money back and i am ready to complain for this issue on any medium if not resolved.

Hi ICICI Team,
Could you please send me the "toll free" number. As I am trying to call since so many days but none of your numbers lead me to customer care agent. Also I have submitted a complaint from your site but none of the members called me up and it is still unresolved.
Yes same amount made chagres with me in same both month.
I think ICICI don't want to continue realtion with us.

    I really condemn the working style of icici bank. On 23 and 25 sept 2020 icici bank have deducted three ecs return charges of rs. 590, 590 and 480 rs. Also mab charges of 382 and 137 rs were deducted on 22sept without any intimation.in this crucial moment where everybody is struggling with their earnings and emis pay these type of deductions are highly codemned.

      Hi. I opened the icici dmat account last year. At the time of opening they very clearly stated that there will be no charges for the account and only a comission will be charged for the trades done by me. Now there is a deduction in my savings account of about rs 800. How is this acceptable? This is very sneaky and unethical practice done by icici. Hoping to get it resolved.

        I took a personal loan from icici bank and due to pandemic going on i am supporting my family and there was a slight delay in paying. I paid the amount yesterday and the next day agent from recovery team came to my house saying i am standing in-front of your apartment as you have not paid the emi. I was receiving calls from the bank i informed that i will pay on 24th sept as i will get my salary that day. But they still called me and harassed me every day. The agent called me saying you have not paid to we came to recover the amount. As per the laws they are not supposed to come to anyone’s place. And i paid already.           Myself shuklambor chakraborty, i have been with icici bank since 2013. Each year 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert / message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/in dp chgs till aug'20 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far and please make sure not to debit the same in future as well.

                    I opened salary account and then their representative came to my house. The debit he gave, that was not in good condition and when i said to give different card then he placed my request of expression debit card without my knowledge of charges and all. And when i got mail from icici, then i came to know about it. And then i called him he said that to call customer care (Called many times but haven't received any response). Why they are like this? Their representative are the biggest lier in the market. He was lieing that he informed me about charges and all earlier. You people only tell, why i will customise red purse in debit card.

                        Not credited reward points to amazon pay balance

                        I am using amazon pay icici credit card, statement was generated on[protected], the earned reward points on month on month transfered to amazon pay balance within 2days after billing cycle done. but sep-2020 it does not transfered .i called to customer care to enquire,

                              I went to the branch where i have my instasavings account for closure of the same but the staff told me to first do kyc updation for taking the application of the same. I agreed and the issue was from the bank servers as they were not able to get my kyc done, they asked me to visit the next day and so i agreed. I visited the branch again the next day but still the kyc cannot be done. Even the video kyc is not working in the video banking app. The staff says unless the kyc gets done, i cannot close my account. And they only are not able to get the kyc done. I insisted them to take the true copies along with my originals to verify my kyc but they say the only way is to do it in their system and not physically.
                              So the main thing is i cannot close my account, i have maintained zero balance because of the same and hence i would then be charged low maintenance charges on my account all because the bank cannot accept originals and true copies as kyc.

                                Earlier i made complaint then they return but after that again yesterday they deducted rs.1899/- without my knowledge.

                                    I have been holding the icici bank account for then nearly 3 months and on 22 september 2020 for the first time an amount of rs 678.81+rs 189.01=867.81 was deducted from my account under the mab chgs, without even notifying me or sending me a message for the deduction. No one in the branch of icici have even notified or told me when opening the account, it displayed that i have been charged for something spelt as mab chgs. It have never happened before and at the time of opening my account i was not made aware of any such charges, so why am i charged of something which i was not made aware of in advance. Please look into the matter and help me in getting a refund of my money as soon as possible.

                                      Dear sirs,

                                      I have been using icici bank saving account as well as visa credit card ending with 6000, for the past 17 years. During the pandemic period, I have opted for moratorium and towards the end of August 2020, I had emailed icici credit card as well as head private banking for restructuring the amount.
                                      However to my utter disbelief, icici bank has suddenly blocked my savings account and inspite of having sufficient balance, I am unable to make payment towards my icici bank card. Moreover there are calls from recovery agencies and threatening me from time to time.

                                      The utter ugliness of the process is really appalling and I intend to close this mess forever. I have reached nodal officer, head private banking, although there is no response from the bank side.
