Refund icici credit card

We received a refund from air india express for 9000 rs on november 9th 2021 and we are chasing icici credit card dept for the same. Transaction from the card was done in march 2021. Yesterday we received mail from bank saying As per Visa guidelines the transaction need to be disputed anytime within 365 days from the transaction date. We are following up from 1 year if bank is delaying in refund then how its our problem. So disappointed how...

ICICI Bank Dp charges[protected] dp chgs till jul-06

I am Priya. 570.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account as[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUL-06) DP charges on 06/07/2022. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.My Account Number is[protected]....

KYC update for EPFO

I submitted bank IFSC code change request on EPFO where status is showing "Verification Under Progress". i got to know that, it tis pending from bank side as it is not showing pending from Employer, so I contacted bank for the same on call centre number on 5th July between-7:30-9:30 twice. Their representative is saying we do deal with such kind of request please contact with the PF department.
I tried to spoke with their manager but...

522 rupees Amount deducted from my account

Hi,
I am Sachin jha, From my ICICI account 522Rupees deducted without my permission and without any prior notice.
I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and I haven't received any deduction message.

I need my money back and am ready to complain anywhere else if needed

Money debited twice

Address: Goa, Goa bazaar

Money was debited twice from my account at a vendor (Goa bazaaar) on 03/07/22.

The vendor has confirmed he has received the amount only once.

The amount was Rs 433, which got debited twice

The transaction Id[protected] failed and mode was debit card.
Please help....

Wrong charge Cut

I am Vipul Mevasiya, an mount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till May-2022

I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

Ecs charges taken from bank

I was supposed to pay my emi to balaji finance on july 02th, 2022 but the auto-debit never happened. after waiting for long, i transferred the emi amount manually on april 05th, 2020 to the respective merchant account number. on july 05th, 2022 i received a notification from icici stating that due to insufficient balance ecs could not be processed. i checked with my merchant on this and they have received the required emi amount. but i can...

I held an account with ICICI bank with account no[protected] IFSC ICIC0000044. I did UPI transaction on 14 march 2022 of amount 25000 Rs. To Jayant Vishwanath Mahajan who has an account with HDFC bank account no [protected] held at Dhyari branch Pune IFSC code HDFC0004888 ithrough I mobile but it was wrongly credited to some other person.
I have raised complaint to customer service of ICICI Bank with SR[protected]....

ICICI multi wallet card expired ,unable to get a new card

Hi Team,

My name is Lasya.I'm a TCS employee and when I joined the company 5 years back I was given ICICI food card which got expired on 2/21 .

I was on a long leave during that time .Now I joined back. I would need to get a new card and transfer my balance amount on expired card to new card.
I contacted customer care number, but it is asking me to enter my card number and saying the entered card number...

Credit Card Payment Declined on Amazon showing insufficient limit

My ICICI credit card payment was declined, showing that you have only Rs. 35000/- limit. While the ICICI mobile app shows the limit of Rs. 74000/-. The bank's customer care number responds by IVR, which keeps going round and round with no result. My relationship manager has no idea what's going on.

Your services are the worst. I do not want to be affiliated with this bank. Close my account, and please stop fooling with people....

Multiwallet Card Blocked

My multiwallet meal card just het activated now. I tried using some options in pockets app & I accidentally blocked my card & now I'm unable to see it. Please unblock it & remove that option from there or mention permanent block there....

They closed my account without my knowledge

Worst bank ever, , , same thing happened to me and we kept visiting bank they doesn’t even know anything. So unprofessional.. they closed the acc for no reason, when asked the CUSTOMER care rep they give ###. When visit the bank they ask to call CUSTOMER support, when called CUSTOMER support they ask to visit the bank. Like seriously.. ? Amount deduction without any intimation

I am the a/c holder of icici bank from few years

Now they have charged 502 under this category dcardfee

I am not aware what type of charges are these.
They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever...

Amount is debited but not credited to other bank.

When i transferring amount from my ICICI bank to other bank, the transaction failed and showing this message: timed out for beneficiary.
