I don't receive calls from the callers as my number shows busy or switched off. I find difficulty in receing calls, its been a lot of times my number is always shown busy so i dont receive, its the problem with your server or my number. Kindly help me so that i can receive calls easily....
I got my postpaid sim last week and now it's unable to make phone call saying call barred, i have checked the call bearing settings in my phone and it's disabled and still i am not able to make calls...

I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone and even changed the sim card as well from idea store.
On checking with customer care, they tell me that all the services are active in my number but i don't see any network signal.
I have lodged a complaint...

My idea prepaid sim is not working in uae (Sharjah), the same sim is working in india, while earlier my sim is working here in here.
regarding this i complaint idea customer care, but no use.
Even i changed different hand set, still issue is same.
Its showing emergency services only. I am not able to call people.
I tried inserting the aim in other devices. Its still showing the same.

Rs. 22 has been deducted from my account on today ( 17/02/2022) with an SMS saying, " Thank you for choosing to access games world, you have been charged Rs. 22 ". I didn't request any such access, therefore i would like to have this issue resolved and my balance refunded....

Idea There is no network in gulf last 15days I have tried but still I didn't receive network still it's showing emergency call I have call idea customer support service even I sent mail no reply spoken with idea customer support service through WhatsApp but then also they didn't solve my problem all useless. Even when we chat on WhatsApp if I message now I m getting reply after 3hr 5hr like that. But then also he didn't solve my problem....
Hi, i ported my sim from JIO to VI ON 8th feb, now it has been 4 days but my sim is not getting activate, when i call on 59059, it says "this number is only for tele verification" and after that call gets cut without saying any word.
I think porting to VI from JIO is bad decision of mine.
Thay says it takes 3 days, and now it has been 4 days....
Every single message on my no is received by 10to 15 times. but today is a message is came 57 times. I'm very irritated to ur service. plzz solve it...
