My network is not showing.

I have a dual SIM phone. In 'Settings' it shows SIM (ie, [protected]) not inserted; my other SIM, with number [protected] shows connected. I shut down the phone, interchanged the SIMs. It still shows my Idea SIM (ie, [protected]) not inserted.

My conclusion : My SIM ([protected]) is not working.

I tried calling the NCR customer care number +[protected] from my land line[protected] at around 5.50 pm. The person was talking too fast; ultimately when we were able to communicate, he said he cannot guide me.

What should I do ?

    My idea prepaid sim is not working in uae (Dubai), the issue started from may and its not showing any network I'm not getting any OTP N MESSAGES, regarding this i complaint idea customer care, but no use.
    Even i changed different hand set, still issue is same.

    Kindly help me on this. It will great.

    1) deira dubai al muraqbatt, 00000, UAE.
    2) huawei nova 3i
    3) network problem since may 2022.
    4) its shows only emergency calls im not recieving any OTP n messages

        It's been a week i tried everything. Network is not getting detected in my sim card. Changed phones. Restated it changed sim ports .

          Respected Officer,

          Everytime there heavy rains sewage water is entering the 5 to 6 house in our area. Last it was total mess, drainage waste along with sand entered the house, impacted sump and messed up entire house. Sir we have 5 kids in our family and as you how hazardous sewage water can be, kindly request you to resolve thi issue. This has been happening 4 to 5 years and we are really disheartened. Kindly help.

            I have already tried all the possible ways to get Signals again, But the issue hasn't solved.
            I have Selected manual network
            Restarted mobile more than 7 times
            Take the sim from mobile and Place it Again.

            Can any one Slove my Issue .

              My idea sim not getting range from 1 month.
              Due to this problem i cause many difficulties for getting some important calls, otps and many other services.
              And i already prepaid recharged for 13month.i didnt get service for 1 month.
              If you didnt fix the problem soon i want to change my sim.

                Dear Team,

                I am using your sim card (0091 [protected])since long time.i live in dubai from past 6 years..this is the first time I am facing problem with my idea sim.From past few days sim is not working and it says only emergency call. All my bank accounts are linked to this number, and i am unable to access it.so kindly look into the matter and help me to resolve this issue ASAP.

                I reinsert my sim card after 10 days and its not working now, showing no network.

                  It says invalid account for my active number. I am using this number from last 5-6 years. But suddenly I am not able to call anyone. When I tried to recharge, it says this account is invalid. It is really a harrasment. Please help ASAP

                          My idea prepaid sim is not working in Uae (Ajman), this same sim is working in India and was working in Ajman since last week. My handset is Redmi 9A MIUI Global 12.0.24 stable version. I tried by changing sim to a different handset but still same issue. Zip code of Ajman is 20550. Kindly look into this problem. Hope you Help me soon.

I feel like they are not attending my case. I have a valid sim but look I can’t use it. No value for my money. Atleast they should give some kind of response. It’s very frustrating.
