      Hi currently i living in Iraq for past 11 months. My idea sim is worked with available mobile networks. But recently my idea sim is not working and shows no service..

      I can not choose mobile network manually (Available networks : Korek(2g, 3g, 4g) / zain(2g/3g/4g) and zain (2g, 3g, 4g).
      I can able to choose manually or automatically those available networks in recent weeks.

      And i did flight mode on off infinity times..
      Switch off and on many times
      Settings, all possibilities.

      I didn't get any solution to choose mobile tower sigle..

      Please suggest any solutions🙏

            I am idea prepaid user and My mobile number is [protected]. I came to sweden last month and after 1 month my idea sim card deactivated without any notification. I recharged to get my number activate but still its not activated. do i need to do anything more. please resolve my issue on priority.
            as sim card not working i am not able to connect with customer care alsoalso.

            Please revert me on email as my mobile number jot working so not getting any update.

                I recharged through VI app payment method gpay. The transaction got successful and VI is saying there is no recharge due to technical glitches hence they will not refund. Poor company

                        I received a message from idea thanks for Choosing access to FUN PORTAL you have been charged Rs.20. But I didn't clicked on any link neither choose any portal. So I kindly request you to take necessary action against this unfair money deduction, and refund my money.

                          I am a VI customer and recently I have had a balance deduction of Rs.25 for choosing "Games World". I have never subscribed to this service and neither was any confirmation taken from me before deducting my balance. I demand VI to immediately refund my balance they have wrongly deducted. Please stop such shady schemes. This is outright ridiculous

                          I am a VI user and facing the irritating deductions from games world from my main balance.Its just horrible! within 1 week they have deducted 3times in a row which I have not even asked for and now my main balance is nil.I request to resolve my issue or else I will complain to the higher authority.

                                  For the past 3 days my idea sim internet is not working but is showing that there is good network. I had recharged my sim on the 16 of march 2022. This has caused me a lot of discomfort because I have been unable to do anything through online means unless provided with a wifi. The only means available to me is call which is not the most convenient either. I really would appreciate if you do something about this issue as soon as possible and add 3 more days after the expire date of this month.

                                    I would like to bring it to your notice that the internet connectivity of Idea Cellular is very poor. Despite hike in price by around 25% twice in last 3 years yet the internet speed degrades to zero anytime for 1-2 hours long abrupting my work.
                                    So, I request to please look into this matter to ensure that internet speed never set to 0kb/s if one have enough recharge and data to used.

                                      I have an issue with my sim [protected], it doesn't work here in the UAE, my roaming is active.
                                      Can't get in reach to the customer care as well.
                                      It used to work and then it suddenly stopped working, then I got the simcard replaced, but still no luck.

                                        Vi (Vodafone Idea) is automatically Activating Unwanted Services and Deducting Amount from my account every month. This is unfair. They are doing it to every Vodafone Idea user.

                                        Today (21 Mar 2021), I got a message that a song is set as my caller tune and they have deducted 27 Rs from my account. This is not the first time.

                                        Even after deactivating, we don't get refund. This is SCAM. This shall be stopped. They are big company, doesn't mean they can cheat and grab our money like this.
