It has been few months since I have started facing the issue of my Idea SIM card not registering to the local network in Abu Dhabi (UAE).

Please see below my details and resolve the issue:

    Fraud happen..yesterday I have requested for sim portability from idea to airtel...today one the staff named priyanka from idea called me ask me to do some procedure for proceeding the portability and this procedure are all about cancellation of my services

                In UAE, my IDEA prepaid sim does not function [protected] (Dubai).It was functioning until I removed it once and then put back in after a few days.

                Please assist me with this.

                    Not able to call customer care number. or any number that is landline. also I am not able to register for facetime and imessages on iphone only with this sim. because if i use anyother sim it is getting registered easily. there is some fault in the sim while porting. kindly help.

                          There is very poor Idea network in my area . I want to switch on idea sim but there is bad coverage so I am using other sim
                          Plz resolve this issue

                              Idea Network issue

                              My self sadhana, i am using idea network from last 12 years. Nowadays i am facing lots of issues with idea network. When i tried to call someone, or if i received call from someone. While talking call getting disconnected directly and the error is server unreachable....

                              Not using no. since 3 or 4 yrs and after repeated request they didnt disconnect my no. and in mar 2021 they forced me to pay bill, after the assurance of that this time they will disconnect my no. permanently, I paid bill. But no they didn disconnect my no and again started generating bill.
                              I am really being tortured by idea by getting msgs and so many calls daily.

                                I am not using Vi since 2 or 3 yrs, still Vi forcing me to pay the bill.
                                Last yr in mar i talked with Vi executive, I m ready to pay bill while sim card is not in use, but assure me, you will disconnect my no. permanently. With assurance of executive, we will disconnect no. permanently. I paid bill.
                                But still they started generating bill and harrasing me by calling and sending msgs to pay bill daily.
                                Pls look into matter.

                                When I got this no. It was idea 4 yrs bk now it is Vi.
                                I am not using it since 3 yrs still they forced me to pay bill by the assurane of disconnecting no. permanently but still generating bill.

                                    I'm not getting any internet when I'm switching on the data. I just bought a recharge pack of Rs. 715 which provides 2gb per day. But I'm not able to use it because I'm getting NO INTERNET WHAT SO EVER.
