Idea sim no signal

I am using sim o[censored]P west region. I am right now living in Bihar samastipur
for 2 years. It was working fine but for the last 2-3 days I am getting network issues up & down. Now it was showing no signal. I inserted sim in 2-3 other mobile as well and restart 4-5 times but not able to get network....

Recharged on wrong number

Hello my name is aditya. On 25 May 2022, my mom told me to recharge her friend number. Accidentally I wrote wrong number and forget to double check the number number. Recharge was done of rupees 600. I want refund of my money .

Idea VI:Emergency calls only

From this morning, my sim is not active. It's showing emergency calls or No service. I'm not able to make a call or receive any.

Unfair deduct of money

Today I got message from VZ -ViCMS stating that Thank you for choosing FUN PORTAL, You have been charged 20.

But I did not subscribe for any vas. How come they deduct money. This is not the first time.

Please take an action on this....

Idea sim card showing no service request from last 4 working days

My sim is from maharashtra, my sim card shows "no service".
I tried all these things
1. Manual select network
2. Two to three times restart the phone
3. Pull sim out and place it again

I tried to reach to the nearest vi shop but they ask for money to restart the sim (not for recharge they say that it is for security from virus and all )

Sim not showing tower also and not working for past 2 weeks

Dear sir,
My sim card is not showing any network for last 2 weeks.
I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone.

On checking with customer care, they tell me that all the services are active in my number but i don't see any network signal.

I have lodged a complaint with the customer care, but there is no step taken yet and i cant see status because...
