No refund

My name is hardik surti. Earlier i had a plan of going to usa for ms in spring-2017. But now due to some emergency medical problem in my family i have to cancel that plan. I have paid rs 10, 000 which includes shortlisting universities and courier charges. I have already informed him regarding this to my counselor. So since none of my process is yet started, i requested for my refund but they are denying to refund....

Unethical behaviour from IELTS and its call centre employees

IELTS shocking results

Regarding my ielts speaking test

Dear sir/madam,

I had my speaking test on 31-march-2016 at bangalore(India).I had very bad experience with the examiner as she was not able to complete me answer and also she was too rude.While answering every time she was interrupting.Which loosed my confidence which may affect to my result as well.
How someone could be that much of rude?

Fraud result and rude behaviour of staff

a refund of the fees paid for the ielts exam

Money Deducted from credit card but booking not confirmed

Hello, I am making this complaint against IDP ILETS to whom I paid Rs.10, 550 online through my credit card on 30th June 2015 towards the booking of a slot for the IELTS exam on July 11th 2015. All details were entered correctly & everything went smooth. The problem is that the money has been deducted on 30th June 2015, but the booking is not yet confirmed. In fact there's no booking on my passport no. M7688004 as per IDP IELTS information....

unproffesional idp ielts team

Hi I would like to complaint about idp who deals with ielts. i stay in mumbai and i got a text last night at morning 1am saying that my speaking test is on 1st dec at ahmedabad and others are on 6th dec..in one days time i am not getting tickets availability..is this how professional they are. If someone is coming from mumbai to ahmedabad they should atleast keep all exam on 1 day or atleast intimate us in advance..i think it will be difficult...

Cancellation of test

I have result of ielts on 19 may 2012. The test result was delayed and after one month test was cancelled.
And again I give exam on 1 September and still exam result is delayed. I am afraid that they will again cancel the exam. I really donor understand problem of Idp, why they are delaying and then cancelling the exams. Please help someone....

IDP center is fraud

Hello Everyone

Be aware of these dogs at IDP centers in Bangalore Gurgaon are frauds bogus .they trap your money as IELTS fees after which they dont respond to your phone calls queries.

They make you suffer so much that you will end up in repeated failures

I recommend all of you to stop registering at IDP centers and go for British council...
