We refer to Termination Voucher No. [protected] Dated[protected], Issued by Balu Indane Gas Agency, No. 227, Pattukkottai Main Road, Adirampattinam, Thanjavur Dist. Pin-614 701.

Because of non-availability of the particulars (Data) in the system, the above mentioned our nearest gas agency M/s. Padma Gas Services, Chennai is not able to supply gas for my domestic purposes.

The agency at Iblur Bangalore KK INdane ENterprises is not accessible by phone at all. I have to try a minimum of 25 to 30 times (I am not exaggerating this) before the line is free. Is there a way to address this as it gets very frustrating to reach and book the cylinder....

1. How many times a customer having double cylinder is entited to get cylinder in a month and what interval?
2. What is the limit to a Gas Agency to enroll customers both inclosive of single cylinder and double cylinder.

I have to fill up petrol from M/S.Chaitanya Petrolleum IOC dealer,Verna,Goa since it is on highway,but it is frequently observed that other then petrol no service is provided, Most important is AIR,Every time i get to know new story. Hight is no complaint book is available on pump reason manager has gpne out & cabin is locked.
This is happening with every pump in goa either there will be nobody to air check or compressor unservicable....

We have been supplied Indane Gas Cylinder. After some time it has been observed that it was leaking from the nozzle. Gas book was done on 5/12/09.Two times reminder has given to the dealer.After that gas has supplied on 31/12/09.This is the normal process to deliever the refilled gas cylinder or not.If not so please convey me what is actual schedule for process.Please give a glance on this subject.

I wish to inform you that I am resident of House No. G-08, CHANCELLOR, KINGSTON ESTATE, ALLIANCE, RUDRAPUR and consumer of Indian Gas.
