indefinite delay in gas delivery and black marketing

there is indefinite delay in gas supply and there is black marketing by the agency, this problem is faced by few months and a large no. of consumers face this problems, no one looks into the matters all are busy in black marketing and there is only one dealers in small town so kindly look into the matter the dertail of dealers are---

NON DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER

I had booked for refilling of Indane LPG with M/s Rich Flames ( Indane Distributors) 3E, 67, NIT, Faridabad, Haryana on 2nd January 2010 vide booking No 9747 but they have not supplied it till now.

They never pick up the phone , one has to go personally for booking and further enquiries. Since last 5 days they are saying " you will get your LPG cylender today" but we are still waiting for the same.

NON-RESPONSE OF DEALER & NON-DELIVERY OF GAS

I have been trying to contact Guru Kripa Gas Agency, Vyapar Kendra, Sushant Lok, Gurgaon for booking of Gas Cylinder, but they never respond (pick up) the phone (Nos.[protected], 2571200). Finally, I forwarded SMS on 10th Jan 2010 regarding booking, but there was no confirmation from the Gas Agency. Till date I have not received the Gas.

Highly dissatified with the Agency's response for the last two years....

deliberate delay of LPG cylinder for domestic use

We are using IOC's LPG cylinder for home use . our custermer number is 13211 and distributors code is 3590797, Annai cauvery gas agency, pallipalayam, Erode. We have booked the cylinder on 30.12.2009 and our previous cylinder delivery date is 30.11.2009. So far we have not received the cylinder. cheating while filling petrol

I have noticed a couple of times, that the attendants filling petrol divert you attention from the meter & while you turn to speak to them, the other guy filling the petrol, does something where the meter suddenly shows done for the said amount.

iam a Ioc consumer and my gas delivarying agency is Nataraj gas agency , new yehlenka town , bangalore , my reg no 37576, name Ragunath pk ,

normaly i used to see that some else is booking my gas cylender and taking it , ie they are not delivaring at my home and selling it .
due this problem I used monitor the booking now they are doing the problem for booking also , like even the 21 days are finished still...
