My consumer no: is 8760. I booked for lpg filled cylinder at KAMALA AGENCIES,Bharanikkavu,kollam district,kerala state.on 22/11/2009 and got token no 4718 from their office.And yet now I have not received my LPG booked cylinder. I phoned so many times, even I personally went to Agency twice and requested them to supply me the same. I have no other alternative to use other fuel. The distributor's phone no. is always busy...

Sir,
I am a consumer of Indane Gas and my dealer is Rai Gas agency, Manisha Market Sahapura, Bhopal. I have to undergo hardship as no gas cylinder is delivered at my home and I have to travel 8 kms for it. Even no discount is being offered to me as per rules. Also telephonic booking is not being accepted which is causing further hardship.
Please look into the matter and help in resolving the matter at the earliest.

This is regarding an incident on January 12th, 2010 at Indian Oil Petrol Pump on Airport Road (Next to the Kodihalli Bus Stop / Royal Orchid Hotel).

One of my friends had gone to fill petrol at the Indian Oil petrol bunk at 9.40 pm.

I have submitted my all the documents in Karuna Gas Agency to reactivate my gas gas connection on 20th Dec. 2009 agency person told me that the egency person will come on given address proof for inspection in next 15 days then after your connection will activate and after that my application for double cylinder will accept. but till date no agency person is come for inspection already 20 days are over.

I received my last domestic refill on[protected] after that I booked my refill for december on[protected] but I haven't received it till now. No response on any call from both hawker and agency's side. Fake excuses given every time I called the agency and hawker and probably the shortage is produced by illegal blacking of domestic refills by him....

I HAVE ASSOCIATED WITH SPARK GAS AGENCY IN MADURAI, TAMILNADU WHICH IS ASSOCIATED WITH INDIAN OIL CORPORATION.

MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS: 28239

I HAVE BOOKED FOR A GAS CYLINDER ON[protected]. THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 15 DAYS. EVEN AFTER 15 DAYS THEY DID NOT DELIVER. I WENT AND ASK THEM. THEY IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 5 DAYS. SO, PLEASE SOLVE THE ISSUE.

Main gas agency me regular phone kar raha hoon aur 2-3 bar jake bhi ayaa mere se bola gaya ki slender apke ghar pahoonch jayega per abhitak koi khaber nahi hai, ambabari gas agency phone pick nahi karta hai mai aur mere jaise kafi customer esase pareshan hai. Mere ghar me gas bhi nahi hai maine 550/- rupee me 1 slender black me liya hai aur main ek privete compny me naukri karta hoon. Agar apne koi karvahi nahi...
