Dear sir,
I booked railway ticketing in irctc online transaction. I got a mail from irctc thay are refund amount of rs 1160 from zkpy bank pg but i could not get the bank.
This is the mail from irctc
Pnr number :- [protected] irctc transaction id [protected] an amount of rs. 1160.0 has been processed as per below details:

    I booked tatkal ticket on 25th april for journey date of 26th april from mumbai to amritsar. Pnr is [protected]. I got a confirmed ticket.in evening when i checked into the pnr it was this ticket is released. I didnt get any cancellation message from irctc. And not even refund. This happened without my notice. If i would have got into train directly and then came to know i dont have seat booking, what would i have done in the middle of the journey. I demand for the justice and refund. Ticket charged me rs.3230 for ac 2 tier.

    any update on my complaint?? i need my refund as soon as possible. the ticket was released in evening and booking was done in morning. they should have provided me alternate accommodation. but neither accommodation nor any cancellation message. and no refund also. pls look into it.

      Dear all,
      I was not travelled on date 01/04/2018, train n.-22419, pnr n.-[protected], because train was delayed by more than 4hour, so i was filed the tdr at tdr filing date: 02-apr-2018 00:55:45 hrs.
      But irctc not refund my money and cancelled my request wrong reason given by irctc that, as per chart passenger was travelled, this is totally wrong.

          Refund of tdr, registered for pnr no.: [protected] dated 31.12.2017.
          Cancellation id [protected] (Tdr)

          Since, it has been more than three months (90 days) after filing tdr (Dated 31.12.2017) and no refund has been processed from the end of irctc. Several times called on telephone and mailed via e-mail to irctc but no refund has been processed till now.
          Called on telephone to claim office, northern railway, new delhi but it was said that, they deal only with irctc not with the customer.

          No reason has been explained for holding the money for such a long time.

          Kindly, look into the matter.

            Hello,
            I have cancelled 3 tickets on 19th april, 2018, which i had booked from my irctc account and the payment was done by rupay debit card powered by kotak mahindra bank (Kmb). The details of the cancelled tickets are as follows:
            1. Two tickets from mumbai to gandhidham dated 25th april, 2018.
            Pnr no: [protected].
            The refund amount of these tickets is rs. 690.
            2. One ticket from gandhidham to dadar dated 27th april, 2018.
            Pnr no: [protected].
            The refund amount of this ticket is rs. 335.
            Upon checking, it said that the refund is given. It's almost been a week but i still have not received the refund amount in my bank account.
            I request you to look in the matter and help me out with this refund issue asap.

              First, there is no option to change gender once ticket is booked which means there is no chance that a person (Female) can commit any mistake while booking wow.

              Secondly, if you really don't want to allow gender change, then keep the default option as "female" and will see how many males are perfectionists.

              Third, if you don't allow gender change then ask you tcs to not ask for money. They charged me high for this mistake. What a corruption and biassness.

              In good words, i will suggest that don't keep this option at all as it doesn't matter for booking.

              The developer who developed this app, go and ask him if he was so intelligent that he didn't commit a single mistake while developing this app.

              This is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous..

              The disgusting thing is I tried to submit feedback on their website twice or thrice but that page hangs when I click on submit! ***
              I am cancelled my ticket, irctc shows my refund transaction id is [protected], transaction date is 26 Mar2018, refund id is [protected], refund amount 1100, refund date is 27 Mar 2018, and refund in PAYUMPP, but the money did not credit to my sbi account, plz take further action

                My pnr is [protected]. I m travelling in 12223 ltt ers during exp departing ltt on 24 apr 18.
                I have found an insect in the dal dish in lunch on 25 apr 18 shown to serving staff of pantry car at the same time.
                This is a premium class train and these type of incidents placing a question mark on the services of indian railways & irctc. Because of few defaulters, whole organisation is blamed.
                Plz take some necessary action against the defaulters and inform about the same and preventive measures to stop this.

                          I tried to book the Tatkal ticket and payment was made through paytm. Amount of Rs 2236.52 was deducted from my paytm [protected], but due to non available of seat service was not rendered and received SMS that amount Rs 2190 will be refunded. Now where my difference has been gone.
                          This is not the first time I have faced the problem. Also 48 hrs has been crossed but still the amount not received back to my paytm account.

                            I was trying to book a ticket from cstm to ang (Train 51033) dated 25-apr-18, on 24-apr-18 under the tatkal scheme for 3 passengers amounting to inr 750 through the irctc app.

                            The first attempt failed after entering the otp due to server issue though the payment was failed, the amount of 750 was deducted from my account
                            The second attempt also failed after entering the otp due session expiring, but the amount was again deducted for 750.
                            The thirst attempt was successful and the ticket was booked. (Pnr [protected])

                            Since the first & second attempt failed to booked tickets after entering the otp and the amount for the sessions were deducted for rs 750 on each transaction, i demand a full refund of rs 1500.

                              I booked a tatkal ticket pnr no - [protected] in sapt karanti express from anvt to bth on 14/04/2018 but it went on waiting and did not get confromed. After 2 days it's automatically got cancelled. Now it is more than 10 days but yet i did not get my money refunded.

                                  This is to bring to your kind notice that the train we booked on 3/4/2018 Marudhar express was running late and no message for the same was sent to us. We checked the same through NTES app and it was 9+ hours delay. I have been traveling for bank audits where in travel plans need to be on certain date. I waited the next day uptill 8:30 when the delay was even more. So had to book another train for the same date by Ranikhet express. Unfortunately I had only 2 tickets left by then, we bought train local ticket and paid the difference sum for her travel PNR [protected].

                                  THE SMS WAS SENT INFORMING THE DELAY ON 4TH APRIL AT MIDNIGHT INFORMING DELAY OF 8PLUS HOURS. WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE OUR AUDIT PLAN AND BOOK ANOTHER TRAIN ASAP.

                                  We have tweeted the same on irctc handle. But nothing has been done to refund the delayed train cancelled. Please do the needful.

                                    I had done three transaction on irctc at 13/04/18 for traveling bilaspur to wardha & also nagpur to bilaspur but same time all three transaction has failed by irctc and refund didn't deposit in my account my three amount type of rs, 780/rs, 750/rs, 470 & transaction is following [protected]/[protected]/[protected] i have prescribed transaction details pls, solve my problem

                                      The air line has refunded amount of 1598 on 6 march 2018. Irctc is not refunding it back to my account. It is now nearly one and half months.
                                      Toll free number is not accessible.
                                      I tried sending them emails but their reply is always the same... "under process".
                                      Totally unprofessional attitude.
                                      Will never ever recommend.
