My seat is full of blankets and some other stuffs due to which I'm unable to use my it, concerned people is not available to empty it even though asked many times to other staff they're not responding correctly.

Dear sir, i was booking a ticket on irctc on 1st may 2018 through your payment gateway. The ticket was not booked, but money get deducted from my account. Please resolve the issue and make sure for refunding as soon as possible. My transaction id was [protected].

the pantry car team are selling water bottle of mrp Rs15 in Rs 20
and tea of RS 7 in RS 10 and when I ask about the matter to seller in train he said our manager said to sell it u can talk to our manager.
This problem is in every train...
So I therefore request u to take necessary action against them

    I booked a ticket from bza to chennai mas on 5-5-2018 but it was in waiting list and chart also prepared and ticket was not confirmed and i bought a general ticket from ticket counter in vijayawada railway station and i joined in general bhogi as per general ticket and next day i got the email from irctc your ticket was cancelled due to waiting list refund charges 230rs will be credited into your bank account upto now i didn't get any credit from irctc
    Please help me to refund my money from irctc

      One guy selling a kinley water bottle for 20 rupees in D1 Compartment on Golconda express (17201) on 7 the May 2018.
      I asked him about MRP he told me we are selling like this only so kindly check it
      While booking ticket through irctc officials app transactions got failed, so refund was done on rzpmob account but i dont have rzpmob account. Please help in reverting my refund amount in bank account.

      when i submitted, i was asked to do verify using email and i don't got any verification.
      i tried making a new id it asked me to change my phone no. as it already used by me. And i have only i phone no.

        Staff here in rail yatri sampath niwas in kolkata r not giving rooms or bed as they have an excuse that it's not vacant but asking them again nd again they ask for 100 rupees extra nd provide u th room. The 100 rupees they take is illegal but the way they say it's not vacant everytime is humiliating nd making people fool. Kindly look into th matter asap

          On 26th april 2018 i booked round-trip tickets from ndls to ald and vice versa via my rupay card with transaction id: [protected] and [protected] respectively. Rs. 450 was deducted from each transaction of my account but due to transaction failure ticket didn't get booked. It's been more than 10 days the refunded amount has not been credited to my account yet.

            I was travelling by gitanjali exp. (12860) from howrah to tatanagar. Coach no. S6. Seat no.4. Pnr no.: [protected]. The date of journey was 6/5/18. It was written irctc. J k ghosh on the red t-shirt of the vendors
            All the above items are found selling by irctc vendor higher than the printed mrp price. When i asked the reason and opted to buy it as per printed mrp rate, they refused to sell it to me. This is unethical. On one side railway irctc administration is propagating to get cooperation from passengers to end the corruption and on the other side, this type o[censored]nethical corrupted business by irctc vendor is openly evident. The system is there but complaint book is missing. The common passenger is scared to lodge a complaint because he may not want to be individually identified and be the victim of harassment by the group for the long journey. The passengers have no other alternative but to buy those items at a higher price because no other food was available and they have to travel a long journey with those vendor persons. The group was adamant and desperate. Seems they are empowered by a strong leadership of muscle power. This may please be stopped. There should be a system of surprise checking by the railway authority.

              I have booked a ticket on irctc using payubiz gateway using my citi bank credit card and later cancelled it. On irctc portal its showing money has been refunded back to payummp but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account.

                I made a ticket booking on 28th april 2018 in betwa express through irctc. The ticket didn't get booked and the amount was deducted. The amount was rs. 385. But at the time of transaction pay u money deducted money from my bank a/c. Later i found my ticket was not booked and irctc showed that the ticket was not booked because they did not get any response from pay u money. That money also not refunded in my a/c also. So please take some initiative to arrange a refund for my not booked ticket.. And the ticket was not booked. The email id used was [protected]@gmail.com and the mobile number was [protected]

                  This is very bad experience with itctc, there is no information provided about the train late coming, also when enquired no body knows the train status of 04403 and i have been waiting since 5 o clock in the morning and i got to know that the train has not yet started from source, this something that putting passengers in trouble
                  Also there no updation showing on onlinee portal.
                  Please look into this issue and do the needful

                    I had booked my travel during my travel from new jalpaiguri (Njp) to howrah on 21/04/2018.

                    Since the train during the start itself was more than 3 hours late and i had to do an onward journey on the same day to bangalore i had not travelled and filed a tdr as mentioned below.

                    I would like to bring to your kind notice that due to this delay in your train, i had to spend another 28, 000/- to travel by flight from silliguri to calcutta so that i can do my onward travel to bangalore.

                    I would like to know the reason of why the tdr stand cancelled and why the money is not refunded back to me which is due to me. I cannot lose my money due to negligence and unprofessionalism from the part of indian railways which till today i had high regards.

                    I would like your good office to look into this and refund the money which is due to me without delay.

                        Sir i am an old customer of irctc my id no drdpdobhal and initial password was dobhal1984, since date 04.05, 2018 suddenly after booking my ticket it was showing wrong pass word. I have tried my best to discuss through customer care but after trying my best in no [protected] and [protected] every time it is showing network is bussy.                           It is to inform that i had booked air tickets thru irctc, from chandigarh to delhi
                          For flight no. 9w-2666, date of journey 4.1.18, pnr - wmobvl, name of passengers - sanjay munjal & anuradha sharma, amount of tickets:rs4485. The flight was cancelled by the jet airlines due to bad weather. I applied for the refund money to irctc on 8.1.18 and i was refunded a meager amount of rs 596 on 8.2.18. I wrote to irctc on 11.2.18 for full refund and sent a proof that the flight was cancelled by airlines. After that i have written to irctc a number of times for full refund but i haven't received anything. Kindly take up the matter with irctc/jet airways.

                              I have been able to book about 1 every 100 attempts to book tickets on tatkal online myself. While the booking agent gets me the ticket every time!! I have to pay rs.500 extra for this. Its a farce, another avenue for the go-between touts to loot the public. A very sad show by an organization, with a site that says "next generation eticketing system", one that can build the country is instead taking it back a few generations. An agency seemingly working to help the private bus operators charging 4 times a train fare thrive, and all the shameless go betweens thrive.

                                I am y kranthi kumar. I am travelling by train no 17016 on 4/5/2018 on pnr number [protected]. This ticket was booked through milestones travels irctc authorised agent at berhampur, odisha.
                                This ticket stands cancelled foe the reasons i donot know. When contacted at vijayawada station the officer updated us saying that this was an unauthorised ticket booking dine by the agent so it is cancelled.
                                I have no way to travel home now.

                                Please look into this matter.

                                  I traveled on 1st may 2018 from visakhapatnam to secundrabad in gauhati secundrabad special train (07150), 3rd ac, pnr no: [protected]
                                  B1-61. When i asked blankets the attender gave me a blanket which was already used by someone. When i asked for a fresh one he simply said "don't expect a fresh one". Same thing happened for all of my co passengers.

                                  When i paid 1250 rupees includes charges for bedroll i supposed get a good and clean bedroll, which was not happened. Why should i accept a blanket which was already used by someone. Even the tte also not came to our compartment (B1), which means no one is available to take any compliant.

                                  Why this is happening..? I have a right to ask the reason and you have the responsibility to respond on this.

                                        On 1st may 2018 i tried to book a ticket through irctc but at the time of transaction money was deducted from my a/c. Later i found that my tickets were not booked and still now i did not get any refund also. This type of inconvinence is not acceptable from a govt agency. That was my hard earned money. So please refund my money as soon as possible. The account holders name is rakhi bhattacharjee. Later i contacted with the pay u money and they said i have to contact with irctc to solve my problem.
