My two tickets booking failed and money not refund as date[protected] and 2nd[protected] but process is very delay. The ixigo is not refund my money and no any kind of reponce about my booking failed process what is the process of my refund money. The amount of my tickets is deducted by my account and not the refund what is the main procees of my money

We understand that your concern is regarding Trip Ids IXITR[protected] and IXITR[protected]. We regret that your tickets could not be issued even when amount was charged. This happens in a highly rare scenario when railway servers don't respond properly and hence, PNR is not generated. However, your full amount for both transactions has been already refunded to your bank and complete transaction details along with refund reference numbers have been shared over e-mail. Please check your inbox for the same. We'd request you to please check your bank statement to see the refund amount as some banks don't notify via sms when refund is credited.

I booked 5 tickets from parbhani to renugunta on 23 August 2018 through ixigo app.

I made payment but it showing that booking pending payment successful.
But ticket was cancelled and payment shows it

I am getting Fare Alerts that Flights from Patna to Jaipur is Reduced but when i go to book it suddenly increases...Why this sort of Joke ??

    Hello,

    I tried to book a flight ticket for 23rd of september 2018 from nagpur to kolkata and while filling the card details, i converted the booking amount into three months emi provided option. The transaction was unsuccessful from your end and even the ticket was not booked. The status showed failed.

    However, i can see the same emi has been reflected in my bank details. I cannot understand why there is a need to pay emi for no ticket booked. Please help me in this regard.

      On dated 16 Sept 2018 I was booked my ticket from Delhi to Silchar. In that order your company show 600 rs cash back but I have not received yet.my complaint submitted for your appropriate action please.

        Your customer care team cheated to me i try to cancel my return ticket booking id: 7383739

        I contact your customer care number [protected], i speak with mr. Manish kumar chadubedi & mr. Pradip, they teel to refund required card number was taken and many time deducted the various amount from my credit card almost total rs 54000 after i speak them, they tell to system error within 24 hrs total amount reversed my card. But after 24hrs any amount come back to my card. Please ensure the issue other your more customer face the same issue, customer care number details photo attached

          I have tried to bookmy train ticket on 7 sep 2018.
          From (Indb) to (Mas). Using ixigo trains mobile app.
          When i tried to book... Payment get successful and then app automatically verified to (Irctc) account login. I have waited for a long time but ticket didn't booked. Then i got message (Train with booking id:ixitr [protected] was not confifrmed. Refund of rs 680.68 has been initiated and will be crediated to your account with in 5 days). But till now i have not got any refund.

              Last 11/09/18, i booked 3 howrah - bhubaneswar ticket in dhauli express 2s class. On this day, this transaction was failure but 883.04 rs was deduct in my account, which transaction i'd is - ixitr[protected].in 13th sept i got a msg from team ixigo and they assured, this amount was refund within 72 hours. But still now this amount is not refund. Take it seriously as soon as possible.

                  Ixigo has provided me with the wrong terminal number on the ticket, because of which i had to go to the wrong end of the airport and then run back to the right terminal and missed my flight, and the customer care is being insensitive. I rightfully claim a refund of the flight fare at the earliest. Please resolve this issue.

                      Ixigo and easemytrip are very very irresponsible organizations with the customers.

                      I booked the flight ticket on 01/09/2018 from hyderabad to muscat travel date 08/09/2018 (Jet airways carrier)

                      Booking ref no emt51547172.

                      The status is shown has confirmed.

                      During the check in only i came to know that the ticket was not confirmed.

                      In between one week i was neither informed nor refunded the money.

                      Due to which i am facing more than rs. 1.5 lakh. Loss, even job threat also.

                        I was booking 6 tickets from bdts to ndls from this ixigo app. I entered the details of my debit card and pressed enter but the page could not be loaded and the amount has been deducted from my account which is rs5386/- i did not recieve any ticket nor any refund. Plus ixigo has not even provided any contact number or helpline number where i can speak to someone incharge who can resolve the issue. If the ticket could not be booked why am i being charged for it and if i have been wrongfully charged then they must send the refund immediately as it is their fault completey.

                          I booking ticket on ixigo app but ticket is not confirmed and deducted my balance on my account i tried again and again cut deducted my balance in my account. Company massage me your balance refund on 5-7 days but not refund yet.

                          I tried to book train ticked mentioned in attach photo same the amount deductted and no ticket got produced and failed. And after 6 days have passed the same money didn't refund in my account. Take the necessary and needful action please.

                            Today i booked a ticked for Nagpur to Shegaon through your app and successfully made the payment.

                            However at the time of logging into irctc credentials the transaction did not go through successfully.

                            The transaction history in your app shows "payment successful booking pending".

                              Sir, i book my train ticket from thiruvarur to japur... The amount was deducted... After the confirmation captcha was not supported my mobile keyboard... So the booking was failed... When i get my refund amount? I want it immediately... Because, i have to book train tickets immediately... I am getting problem...                               When i booked this flight it says it is non stop
                              Now in this e ticket it is showing that this flight has 1 stop in ranchi

                                      I tried to book online tickets from Nagpur to Secunderabad through our portal on 27 AUG, 18 at 21:51 Hrs & at 22:51 Hrs and on 28 Aug, 18 at 10:21 Hrs. through my a/c no.[protected] IFCS CODE SBIN0007641.
                                      THE BOOKING FAILED 03 times DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM, but the amt.of Rs. 355/- +355/- + 355/- ( Total Rs.1015/-) debited through the said a/c have not been refunded. ( pl. see the attashments)
                                      Please do the needful and refund the amt at the earliest.
