Am shrutika shrivastava, i had tried to book a train ticket between jabalpur to pune on 9th october 2018 bearing booking id ixit (Ixitr[protected]) i made transaction1366 rs. Deducted from my debit card account but i didn't get a ticket. So, i have made the ticket from a different site. As it is already 3 days passed but i didn't get my cash refund... I regret to state that this kind of problems should be resolved within 24hours. Hope ixigo will respond quickly...
