While booking the ticket in ixigo app, the amount has been taken successfully by the ixigo. And i forget the password finally. So the booking cancelled and money has been deduced. While trying for a password i deduced my money three times.in the ixigo app they said that money will refunded 17th oct. But today is 17th. The money had not yet refunded. This is the money where i want to pay exam fees. Please help me sir,

We will confirm the final status as soon as possible.in case your booking isn't confirmed, your money will automatically be refunded to your account within 5 days.         Sir i booked one tkt from bam-sc in konark exp. At the time of booing, my tkt was nt confirmed. It had been 7 days of booiikng my tkt. My journey date was[protected]. My tkt on that date automatically cancelled. But my refund money didnt credited in my account. Pls share some regarding information. And solve my problem. I already checkted my accnt balance.             I had booked a ticket from chennai central to delhi nizamuddin on 23rd september for duranto express for the date 8th october.
            I cancelled suddenly as soon as my schedule was changed.

              I was booking a flight on 10 oct from delhi to bangalore for 12 nov. The amount got debited from my account but the booking was not made. I contacted yatra and they said that there was an issue with the payment gateway and they could not do anything so ixigo will provide the refund. The amount deducted was rs 6796 so please give me a refund as soon as possible.

                  I booked a 3ac train ticket for my journey from trivandrum to angamali leaving station on 17/10/2018 through ixigo app which has not been redirected me to the irctc site although the money has debited from my account and the booking has not confirmed..                     I just paid for the flight from Hyderabad to Delhi from ixigo app for the day November10th Vistara airlines at 8.30pm and paid through Tez app via VPA number and the payment was successful and amount was debited from my account but i didn’t get any confirmation of the ticket nor the ticket pass, I dont know what wrong happened in the following process
                    Please look in to the issue and resolve it as soon as possible

                          Booking id: prl06lqragt.
                          While cancelling this booking it was showing clearly that cancellation charges for that trip was 2625 and the refund amount to bank is 5926. But after cancelling the ticket the amount refunded is entirely different.
                          Best part of ixigo is no customer centre to call. You can send only feedback or u can chat with computer where only fixed response are recieved.

You can easily contact your service provider through "CAll" button in My Trips option or write to us at [protected]@ixigo.com. In regards to your concern, we escalated your query to Sastiticket & your total refund of Rs. 5926 is successfully processed to your bank. Kindly refer the transaction details shared over e-mail once. The amount should reflect in your account within 5-7 bank working days.

                            Sir very much upset with Ixigo..
                            Booking ID: PRL06LQRAGT.
                            While cancelling this booking it was showing clearing that cancellation charges for that trip was 2625 and the refund amount to bank is 5926. But after cancelling the ticket the amount to be refunded is entirely different.
                            And the best part is Ixigo doesn't have customer care center, whatever problem is send them feedback, for which no one is going to reply and you cannot reach them.

                              I have booked train tickets on 18 september through ixigo application on my smart phone but the booking was failed due to some reason.
                              it is been about 21 days but the refund is not been received in my bank account till now.
                              please look forward to this issue and make my refund credited into my bank account.

                              I have booked a train ticket through ixigo app initially they said no service charge for booking tickets so i booked the tickets from salem to chennai and back later a month they have debited 11 rs for each transaction totally 22 rs from my account this is cheating

                                I have booked a railway ticket on 3rd of october from chennai central to mumbai chhatrapati shivaji, my amount was deducted 2 times but still now my tickets are not booked neither i received my money in my account. My i’d is evaharry — u can check and please do the needful urgently. I want my money to be credited to my account as soon as possible so that i feel happy.

                                  Shivam, I booked a train to jodhpur from miraj but it was a failed booking at the end rupees 544 were deducted from my sbi bank account.

                                  The Ixigo app help center says : your refund will be generated within 5-7 days but 10 days have been completed and still the refund is not generated. The app is non responsive and no other way to contact the company.my trip Id: IXITR[protected] and payment I'd: FIYKPSYAVIKAOZY6J. Please generate a refund as soon as possible
