IXIGO is not issuing full refund as mentioned/promised in the flight ticket

I booked an international flight on 15th dec'2023 from new delhi to catania, flight date is 11th jan 2024. I choose the ixigo assured program while booking. I received the email with the flight details mentioned. On the top of the flight details pdf, it is clearly mentioned that you will get full refund on cancelation. But today, now around 2.30pm when i am canceling the flight ticket, ixigo app is showing refund. When i booked the flight...

Despite reaching out to them for refund-related queries I am getting responses that it will take the next 24 hours to resolve the issue
this has been going on for 1 week
I have tried reaching out to them several time
I am attaching screenshots of numerous chats that were there and one of them contains their promise of refunding by 30th December which is yet not done

      I am complaining about the refund against cancellation of my flight ticket

      Respected sir/madam,

      As per they mail me they are stating that they have initiated the refund on Oct 31 2023. But on the same time they have texted me as a message on my WhatsApp that they have intiated my refund on Aug 31st 2023 its been 9 months i am going behind this. i have cancelled my ticket on last march.
      Till this moment I have not got my refund. i have booked this ticket on February 23rd 2023.

      I booked my flight from Dubai_Kochin for 24th Jan'25 with Air India (Booking Id : IF[protected]) I was told that the ticket is refundable upon cancellation and it mentioned in the summary that it is partially refundable. I wanted to cancel my tickets in the month of October'23 and then I get a surprise from IXIGO stating I would not get any refund for any cancellation. The cancellation charges are more than the total amount I paid for the tickets. I was asked to contact Air India, I did and they told me I need to contact IXIGO since the booking was done through them. I again contacted IXIGO and have been going around in circles with no resolution. The timings for my flight has also been changed. I need a resolution. You people are not clear in what you say and what you mention on your website. Our hard earned money is going for a toss.

        Hi,

        For the PNR - V1QSXA, i have checked with the Airlines(Indigo) they have processed the refund and same has been received by Ixigo. But they have not processed refund and it's been 6-7 days now. Please help me to get my refund. Screenshot is attached.

          I suppose the get refund Rs. 920-83 from ixigo and regarding this i got message through WhatsApp on 4th November. As per message i have updated my bank details in ixigo portal, till date i haven't received the payment. And there is no any contact number or official mail ID to complaint. The ixigo WharsApp message as mentioned below.

          This is a reminder that you have an unused amount of ₹920.83 in your ixigo money max account. Please note that this amount can be transferred to your bank account. Go to the 'ixigo money' section, click on 'Initiate Refund' and then add your account details (such as UPI ID or bank account number) to receive the amount. It will be credited instantly to your account.

              Amount deducted from account but ticket is not booked

              I booked a flight from Bhopal to Bangalore for 26th Nov 2023 from Ixigo. My Flight trip id is IF[protected]. I made my payment through Payment and the transaction was successful. But on the Ixigo website it is showing as transaction failed. I got transaction again, but the amount was already deducted from my account.                 Why does ixigo ask for re-login after booking payment?

                I always face this problem whenever I book a train through my Iphone and after making payment, ixigo app always asks me to re-login again and after that I enter the same password which I used to log in to the app. I had entered it after but this time the ixigo app does not accept it, then I use the link "forget password?" and I get a new password online but when I enter the same password, ixigo does not accept it.                 I have booked the ticket of 25th November from Amritsar to Vadodara, i cancelled this ticket on 30 October 2023 & got message that money will credited till 31 October 2023 but yet not credited.

Unfortunately, the flight was canceled due to Go First's bankruptcy, and despite several follow-ups, I have not received any updates or refunds for this booking.

We’d like to inform you that Go First is currently not issuing refunds to agent bank accounts due to airline insolvency and uncertainty of their future operations. We assure you that we'll refund the amount as soon as we receive it from Go First. We have also approached the National Company Law Tribunal and filed a claim on behalf of our customers with the Interim Resolution Professional appointed under the Insolvency Resolution Process by NCLT.                       Last Name not allowing single alphabet character

                      I have booked flight ticket from Bangalore to Hyd. Name is SHIRISHA G, as the last name is mandatory and not allowing single alphabet, I have entered SHIRISH in first name and A G in second name.
                      Due to which name is updated in boarding pass as A G SHIRISH.
                      Airport authorities were not allowing us into Airport.
                      I had to cancel the ticket and book a new one, which costed me 10, 000.

                        Recently I booked train ticket from Panvel to Thivim Mao Janshatabdi Station and I did my payment by UPI and the money transaction was successful and also I received the amount debited from my bank SMS by my tickets didn't get booked. I was my money to be refunded as early as possible. This seems like a fraud.
