water heater alexa plus 20 ltr

We bought a jaguar water heater with remote for our home. (Alexa plus hz 20 ltr) the heater was not starting up and we raised a complaint with the local service provider (Nexus enterprises, palakkad, kerala). faucets leaking in kitchen

I am a resident of 504, coral-a, shalimar city, delhi wazirabad road, ghaziabad.
The builder m/s mr proview had installed jaguar faucets in the entire society,

The vendor was combined enterprises, noida and there was a promise of 10 years warranty on the faucets.

The item started leaking after a few months.

The technicians from jaguar visited in may and put a washer and minimised the leaks...

no engineer came even after 3 times complaint

Its been 35 days that nobody attended the complaint. We are not satisfied with your service. Please have a look at this complaint on prior basis.
This is really harassment we are facing.

I have been having trouble with the i flush system from the day we got it installed and every time the service people comes and checks and doesn't solve the problem at all it has been 3 years and i have lost count of the number of complaints i have filed is there a solution for this problem at all??? Every time the service person visits and puts the blame on some thing or the other and we run around to rectify it and again it's the same old...

no service after sales. all thermostats fitting are worst.

After complaint service center. A technician comes and says he will come with senior.
No one solve my problem.
Company also not resolve my problem.
Self they close my complaint at customer care center without my satisfaction.
So much costly products and performance is zero leval.
I suggest everyone not go for jaguar and artize tharmostates.
If my problem will not solve. I will go to consumer...

bathtub mixer tap

The bathtub mixer tap is not functional for the past few days. The hot and cold taps are not moving at all and we are unable to use the bathroom as the taps are jammed. bad behaviour of service person

Service person was not ready to close main tap on terrace, how can i leave him alone and myself go on terrace. I have lift facility also but service person was very bad behaved person i have ever seen in my life. Please b noted. It's technician's duty to close the main tap. How could i know to close or open the tap and leave my home alone at the evening time....

open flush valve nelson type

My complaint no is 01019935 dated 16th nov. The main knob to close the water supply in the flush valve has become in-operational. Also the cylinder is not responding.
Call center executive says it will take 72 hours.
How can the main valve of the tank in the building where i live be closed foe 72 hours.
Don"t you guys understand the seriousness of the situation.
I have spent 6000 rs for the water tanker already...

complaint no. 5482 for kitchen mixer

We have purchased jaquar fittings for our 6 bathrooms & kitchen just few months back.

Just before a week a kitchen sink mixer & 2 concealed flush tank has started problems. We have raised a request on 26th of october then 2 technicians came to solve it but couldn't succeed!! Specially for the kitchen sink mixer!! We have re-raised our complaint the day before yesterday again to your customer care but no one came till today...
