We tried to call this person.. They have wrong communication. They are giving different mobile numbers...
My place is thonnakad (10 km from chengannur).. Can u please arrange technician urgent..

TV is not getting turn ON, Different color screen appears in display like blue, White, Red. and sumtimes it get hang on Thomson name.

    Raised complaints for tv service almost 1 month they didn't provide the service. Customer care giving technicians number when we follow the technician they say they didn't receive any ticket or call alloted for them. Some customer support agents are putting call on hold for long time. Worst service. Waste of money for extending warranty with jeeves

      I bought an extended warranty from flipkart (Jeeves) when i purchased my laptop. I raised a complaint on the 5th of august 2019 and still don't have a resolution.
      They need to replace the keyboard on my laptop. After several calls and follow-ups, there is no accountability or timeline for this task. They need to be ashamed of what they call service. Their executives are ill-mannered and unempathetic.
      Their sla is 21 days. I wonder if they don't know how to count or if they are just don't care.

            sir i purcashed a mobile through flipkart with jeeves mobile protection plan, In oct it got some issue with headphone slot i register a complaint and they pickup my mobile on 9th oct through bluedart vide reg. no - [protected], There promise time for repair and to reach customer is 10 days but from last 20 days i keep calling to them they tell we registered you complain and back to you in 2 days but they were making fools and didnt give any proper information regarding my phone even they kept my phone on hold and didnt give any response i tried many times to call them but they are cheating with me i dont have any phone for last 1 months sir please have a look and solved my issue i also attach some screenshot with this plz see

My device was pickup on on 19th september by bluedart courrier company but my device not delivered till then 05/11/2019.                 I brought the jeeves extended support plan for 2 years when i called them for washing machine not working they asked me to send the invoice, jeeves certificate, invoice etc, i have sent its more than 5 days no one came to attend my issue, when i call their customer support they say for sure they will send the technision till now no one comes and its fake company dont by jeeves products its pathetic and useless

                    I registered my claim for repair under the complete mobile protection plan that i bought along with my device from flipkart. I registered a claim on oct. 7, to get my device repaired, as its camera glass was broken. They charged rs. 500 extra, which i paid and my device was picked up after that. However, i haven't received my phone back and it's been a month since filing for the claim, contrary to what should have been in under 10 business days from the date of pickup (Oct. 15). I think my phone is gone now, as the helpline no. Always beeps busy. I think the company is bogus and i should have been more alert before.
                    I want to get my phone back asap and receive the refund of the excess amount i paid.

                      I had sent my mobile honor 10 lite on 7th oct 2019 which is still not repaired and not dispatched as well.
                      I was frequently contacting in jeeves for since the mobile reached there for repairing. But every time i was told by your team that your mobile is repaired and will received to you within 48/72 hours.

                      Now just before some day i received a call from jeeves side that the mobile is to be repair and we have called you for confirmation for the payment of 500 rs as the mobile is accidental damage as per service team.

                      I was very surprised as my phone was repaired and my self is being convinced by jeeves team that the phone is accidental damage and i have to give permission for same after above 10 working days.

                      Now today is 5th nov and after month the mobile is not repaired. Each and every time jeeves concerned team tell us to wait 48 ours and you will received mobile in repaired condition.
                      One month has been passed and my mobile is still there at jeeves circumstances.

                        I got a poco f1 from my friend last year on poco f1 launch within few months in october itself. On 8th october i suffered an accident and got the screen broken and few other issues with same. I had the complete buyer protection validity due on 10th october. I registered claim request on 8th october evening with the customer care of jeeves and they asked for documents. I gave them all. But they rejected claim. I raised the same on flipkart support on twitter. They are giving excuses since more than 15 days that they are working on it with zero update on the issue and even gave me call assuring that they are working on it. But all in vain. First of all poco is the biggest disappointment. Then this fake complete buyer protection and fake promise of flipkart to keep customer happy. The jeeves people asked for image without tempered glass, i provided the same. But they didn't inform me that the image is still not clear to them and before asking me again, they simply rejected the claim knowing that i can't re-register as it got expired on 10th october, 2019. But rejecting the claim on mere a photograph without asking it clearly is not fair as customer bought the claim plan from jeeves guys by paying and is in trouble accidently then at that time jeeves people take benefit of situation and disappoint the customer. I never expected this. Please help me with this.

                          My mobile screen accidently damage and i complaint at jeeves 22/10/19 and also paid charges 1000.
                          But till now we did not received any reply from jeeves.
                          Already 12 days gone and no one coming for receive my phone.
                          When i contact customer care, they said next 3-5 days pickup arrange but already 12 days gone no one come for pickup.

                            This is a complaint regarding mis selling of tv stablizer
                            A guy who came for installation of my mi tv from jeeves on 13th of oct has mis sold tv stablizer saying if you run this tv without stablizer your tv warranty will be void.

                            I called customer support officer to registered a complaint and process my refund but everytime i get a response that your complaint have not been registered and u get a mail from our side after 48 hours

                            I am highly dissappointed with the services that jeeves are providing to customers, still i am getting 0 response from them.

                                My above installation is pending from 27.10.2019. I insisted on immediate installation by calling to phone no[protected]. But to my utter surprise i received two sms to my mobile no what read ' as discussed we have rescheduled...'. I have requested immedite installation instead. Moreover the contact no of the person you have assigned for installation yesterday, was switched off. None from your office contacted me throughout the day. Again at 11 pm yesterday i received an sms that the installation is rescheduled on 04.11.2019 again claiming to be 'as discussed'. I do not expect such falsehood from a reputed organization like yours. The installation is already delayed please see.

                                  Hi team, today my vu 55' inch tv was installed. I asked engineer that i require extended warranty from vu but instead of telling me the truth the engineer provided me the jeeves extended warranty (3070 rs) and told me that they provide service from vu only.
                                  So i paid the amount using cc on the link provided.
                                  When i checked the invoice after some time
                                  This is such a fake encounter of the jeeves then only i realised that engineer provided me some third party service.. This is such a pathetic incident.. The engineer is hiding the truth from the user.. I am so angry that i will go to any extent to get my money back.. I demand my money asap otherwise i will have to go consumer court..

                                    I have had 3 tech visits for my lenovo z6 pro mobile.in last tech visit, technician spent 2hrs to check each and every problem with mobile in both condition without and with formatted state. Each time he got same issue and provide me a job sheet and mentioned that in job sheet as well. But the concern is that online he updated false news and i am suffering since 30days for their wrong deeds. I have attached the jobsheet in which he has mentioned everything and i put my remarks.                                       As per above sited subject, i had register my complain on 30 sep 2019 regarding my ac remote not working, but till today not single technician visited to my place nor remote replaced, every time i got massage from you regarding technician contact no & schedule but whenever i contact them they are not ready to come at my place because my place is little away from ponda city (Goa), that is hardly 09km from ponda, and regarding your customer support person when i asked them to connect call to your senior manager or executive every-time either they put call on hold around 10-15 min and end the call, or-else give assurance within 48hrs they will provide service and till date issue didnt solved.
                                      And i you people not able to resolve the problem let us know frankly dont give assurance, or we are ready lodge complain against you in consumer court.

                                        I have got my mobile insured with flipkart protection plan against which i put a claim of damage. Jeeves team asked me to pay 500 inr which i did and they picked my phone on 30-sep-19. I have been following up from last 20 days and not getting any response. Even jeeves team gave me fake tracking number stating that we have sent replacement because your mobile can't be repaired. Today again called and they kept me in waiting for 45 minutes but no response. There customer support is fake and jeeves team is making money by asking 500 inr for claim and then even not returning device back. I want my mobile value back and also penalty against the harrassment and time wasted by jeeves team.

                                        Jeeves team is not responding on this, they have called me yesterday morning may be after looking at this complaint and committed they will resolve but again it seems to be a false call just to ensure that i close this complaint. They confirmed it will be closed by today morning by 10 but nothing has been done, my mobile worth 16K is with them and also they charged me 500 INR as claim charges plus I paid extra money for insurance when I bought this mobile which again is approx 800 INR. I want to put claim of 50K for all the harassment and cheating these guys are doing to consumers. Please tell me next step for taking them to court and also my claim amount.
