pathetic service: waiting for pick up from past 3 weeks and there is no update

I called jeeves customer care atleast 6 7 times and emailed them around 5-10 times but there is no update from them regarding my phone pick-up.

Every time i call they mention there is some technical difficulty which is wiered as i do not understand how there can be technical difficulty for 1 whole month. And every time they assured me thaat within 48 hours my phone pick up will be done but it never happened.

they are a scammer

I am suing this company for fraud and harassment. It's been 4 months and they never picked up my phone. I have a dead phone for 4 months.

I bought asus zenfone max pro m1 (6gb ram 64gb rom) from flipkart with one year protection plan. So when i got my screen damaged i called jeeves and paid 500 rupees and then handed over my phone for repair on 26th july. Now it has been 23 days still i didn't get my mobile back.
