Poor quality of kurlon coir mattress

Waiting for more than 3 months for replacement of damaged Mattress

Mattress is under 2 years warranty but went bad within 6 months. Contacted Kurlon and they said it could be a possible manufacturing defect. They informed that the mattress could be replaced. Replacement of my Bed under warranty claim period

Wet and damaged mattress delivered

1) Wet mattress delivered. Totally wet on both sides for about a foot(12 inches) length on one end of the mattress. Looks like the mattress was stored in wet conditions on that side.

2) Tear on mattress (red choir mattress), as shown on pictures below.

Compression in " cloud" mattress
