Taken up money but not providing warranty service

Aforeserve Pvt. Ltd. has collected a cheque of rs. 5500/- one and a half year before for on-site extended warranty for 2 yrs. for my Y510 Lenovo laptop. The engineer had given me a receipt then. Now Lenovo is refusing to give service because i do not hav a carepack which Aforeserve should have given me it seems. Antivirus not working

After that when i told to the shop owner about this complaint he told me to buy new WINDOWS OS CD. When i invetigate with other dealers about this laptop every buddy told me u have to get OS CD with that system....
