camera problem

my web cam is not working.when i click to the lenovo easy capture it seems thats camera "initiallization failled, lenovo easy capture closed".i do know what to do.because after seeing this problem i installed my camera driver it was installed smoothly..after that also easy capture is not working... pl send the solution... please submit this complain and give me my case id as soon as possible...

Service center not yet repaired my laptop and 21 days passed

I was having some issue with my laptop(S/N: EB[protected] and I raised a case with the lenovo support on 30th March 2010(Case Id: L03U00J2). I gave my laptop for repairing to the Hitech Informatics Pvt Ltd. center at Hyderabad on 31-March 2010.

toll free numbers are not responding

The wi fi system of my lenovo laptop 3000 G 430 is not working .There is no proper customer care numbers available,more ever the numbers which are available are not responding.This is indeed a very poor service from lenovo.I think I have made a mistake in selecting this product.though my lapi is under warranty period the company after reading my complaint should itself make a call on my numbers otherwise it is just like bhaji market....

Firstly i am very disappointed from the Lenovo Service....If we call the toll free number of lenovo service(i.e..[protected],[protected],[protected]) it will take more than 1hours to receive a call from the lenovo engineers....everyday it takes more than 1hour to recieved the call by any network providers like Idea Bsnl Airtel Mtnl Vodafone......the service of this company is very very bad...
