I bought a fridge from LG company on 25 August 2021 . Description - GN-H702HLHQ.APZQEBN invoice No PSU/00447.From Prasad and sons, Motilal Road, Deoria (U.P) . But from the last 14 days, My fridge is not working properly. I called mechanic from prasad and sons but he is such a highly incompetent person . I have lost my bill for my LG refrigirator. I have bought the fridge about 8 years ago and hace a warranty on the linear compressor inside the refrigirator for 10 years and yesterday an lg tech quoted me 13000 for replacing the compressor ansd since I dont have the bill they are not accepting the warranty.
