No one has to come to fit LG's air Conditioner since 6 days.

I had purchased LG's air-conditioner from Perumbavoor police canteen on 21.04.2023. LG shall provide installation of AC with in 48 Hrs. LG's contractor from Aluva, desham was contacted on phone number [protected].It was climed that this contractor could not provide installation and had no staff. now 6 days completed .no one has to came for installation ....

Unethical behaviour

I made my complaint to all the LG teams to get custom documents like a bill or an invoice, cash memo, or NEFT money receipt etc in the name of consumer "Dhirubhai Vaghela" as prescribed in para 5 of Consumer Protection (General) Rules, 2020 but LG ASM Mr. Paliwal abruptly says it is ingenuine and forcing me to accept a defective and irrelevant document i.e. debit note issued in the name of "LG Electronics" as the customer name. Service provider by LG is delaying my ac installation

I bought LG's AC on 13 April 2023.I called customer care and requested for installation of LG.
But till now no service agent has come from their side. I called again and again. Also called the service agent. Called customer care also but no one gave any satisfactory answer.
Seeing this, it seems that LG's service is very poor. I would request everyone not to buy LG products.
And I want you to do your best to get me justice....

Complaint against amc of water purifier
