i have tried booking booking cabs from Ghatkopar to Domestic Airport Mumbai more then 7 times... they have always refused giving reasons like cabs are not available. even when i booked 2 days in advance they give the same reason. it has been marked that Meru cabs are not wanting to travel such short distances. Stringent action has to be taken against them. Since then i always prefer our local Mumbai Taxis... Shame on Meru Cab... I complained on phone, email as well as on their site... but it was of no use!

From my understanding, when we call up to book a cab, the request is sent out to all the cab drivers who are in that specific area, with the help of the GPS tracking system. If any of those cab drivers accept that particular journey, they bid for it, and we are then confirmed that cab. Their details are then shared with us.

However if none of the drivers accept that particular journey, we do not get a cab, which is unfortunate for us customers. The point to note is that these cab drivers are not employees, they have free will and can decide which journeys they would like to accept and which they are not interested in, just like the regular cabs and rickshaws.

From my experience once you get a Meru cab, the service is great and I have no issues. But the sad part is sometimes I just don't get the cab, and considering I like the Meru travel experience i wish I could always get a cab.

So what I usually do is keep Meru cabs as my first option, if I dont get it I settle for other travel options :-)

    Hi,
    I booked a cab for Yeshwantpur railway station from JP Nagar 5th phase for 05.00 AM in Meru cab services. They did not send the cab and did not inform us regarding not sending the cab. We did not recieve and SMS from their side in prior to inform us so that we could arrange some other cab/taxi/auto. This is the third time we faced ignorance from these cab companies so we want to register a complain now.

      I booked the cab with Meru at morning 7 AM for a cab in evning 6 for airport drop.I also got a confirmation no (booking no) immediately. At 5.45 PM when i didnt get cab details, i called up at there call centre where i get to know that no cabs are available. Meru guys dont even have a courtesy to call and tell this before hand. Only when i call did i get to know that no cabs are available. i almost missed my flight. It was really frustrating to get such services specially when you pay premium for that. It is the second time such incident is happening in happening last 2 months

      They are who always refuse to travel short distances... shame on them! it has happened to me 5 times...
      The Mery cab is good for nothing. Never use such an unreliable cab service. They simply don't care about passenger.

        Another cheating by Meru (Bangalore). I booked a cab on 8th Jan 2011 for 6.50 am from RT Nagar to Airport. The booking was made through internet. The cab came at 7.15 am and reachinjg to the airport Rs.50 extra was added to the actual bill amount. When we called the customer care, the call center people said that they would get back soon. But as usual no response, nothing has been done so far. I am in media field and we know very well that Meru is taking extra Rs.25-50 if the cab booked through call center which is illegal. And now with that they have started cheating the customers by taking extra Rs.50 forcefully in any type of booking. What I have found is that the main notorious people are the Call center executives. As a result the reputation of Bangalore Meru service is deteriorating day by day. I do not think any serious action would be taken to this or I will get my money back. They are running a fraud service and nothing specially when women or aged are there.

          I had booked a Meru cab online on 14th Dec for 15th Dec 2010 for my travel to Airport at 4.30 AM with Ref no.[protected].

          My flight was scheduled at 6 AM & should reach prior to 45 mins for checkin i.e 5.15 AM.. I have got details of the cab on my mobile at 4.03AM - AP28VA0044.. Prasad Naik Korra was the driver, i have tried many times reach the him many times who was not contactable & never picked the call.. I was thinking that he would come to me at any moment & was getting ready for the same.

          After lots of effort driver made time to called me at 4.35 AM & was sounding sleepy saying he will be there at my place in 10 mins.. I was assured by him so was just waiting at my place for him & surprising he calls me at 4.45 & says in a sleepy voice that car got break down & look for some other alternative, i was shocked he immdly hanged the call & is not picking the call..

          Immdly i called MERU cust service & asked for help immdly and got assurance that some one immdly will assist you.. At 4.57AM i hav got an sms saying Mr. Anwar AP28VA0073 will pick me up.. I even got a call saying that in 10 mins he will reach me & after 7 mins i just called him to find out where exactly he is & he says that i will not be able to come.. And also says that look for some other alternative..

          I was standing on the road from 4.35AM & was helpless with no cabs and rickshas being morning.. Ideally i can reach Airport in max 20mins from my place, but because of aasurances i got from the drivers i was screwed by there dirty, lethargic attitude..

          At last i have taken a Auto rickshaw paying him Rs. 150 & found a empty Meru cab going to some place.. I begged the person to drop me & immdly he has started to take to me to the airport.. To my surprise at 5.15 AM the driver who said will come called saying he will be there in 10 mins again, i think after me calling the MERU Cust service couple of times he felt this is a serious case to be handled.

          I reached Airport at 5.30, paid 300 bucks to MERU driver & missed my Indigo flight as they said the checkin counter was closed.. I was literally begging ppl at the airport to help me as i have to reach Mumbai for a very very important meeting scheduled at 9.30 AM..

          At last i had no other go booking 10.15 Jet airways flight paying huge money, reached Mumbai at 11.45AM took taxi & again spent big money at last had faced lot of issues on my professional front with the kind of pathetic service..

          MERU just makes promises "RELY ON US" and "24*7 AT YOUR SERVICE". This is what their service quality is and others please do not believe in MERU blindly, they would let you down anytime!

          This is not the all time answer, so kindly take necessary action on MERU CAB HYD do necessary justice to me immediately and give instructions to them to pay me 25,000/-(twenty five thousand rupees) rupees compensation for giving this much of trouble to me paying lot of money here & there and getting myself involved into problems on professional front..

          Hence here finally I am telling to MERU CAB MY PROBLEM SHOULD BE SOLVED immediately otherwise I will file a case in the CONSUMER FORUM IMEMDIATELY WITHOUT ANY FUTHER NOTICE.

          I request to authorities to take necessary action immediately and do necessary justice to me

          I have faced this problem 3 times in the past. I now never use Meru for an airport drop becasue of their last minute un-availibility or changes.             I needed to book 2 taxis to go to the railway terminus. Having called exactly 24 hours prior to the requirement time, I was aghast at being told that there are no cabs available during that time. How could all cabs get booked in the space of 5 minutes of booking opening. I then asked to be transferred to customer service who told me that all 15 cabs in vile Parle were booked.
            I cannot for the life of me understand how they all got booked in the space of 5 minutes of booking opening.
            Unless, the same issue that we face with
            Regular cabs and autos has caught up with Meru as well, that of only wanting to ply long distance.
            The authorities must do something about these people.

              I had logged a written and verbal complaints against one of your drivers on 17th April 2010.
              The person in charge who assured was Archana from Bangalore office. When I had logged the complaint she assured me I will get back my amount and strict action would be taken against the driver.

              After calling repeatedly for past 8 months I have not received any positive reponse from Meru. Ot the top of it they have deleted my complain in their records.
              Every I called Archana was never available or made excuses.

              Can anyone let me know what is status on the same and does Meru plans to take any action???

              This is with regard to my telephonic conversation with Archana about complaint lodged on 17th April using mobile # [protected].

              I have been using Meru Cabs from past several years. This was the most shocking incident of my life. Since I was threaten by the driver, I am sending the complaint through courier.
              On 17th April, at 8:30 am, my right hand side mirror was hit by the Meru cab(KA 03 D 4216) coming from the opposite direction.

              This incident happened near Challaghatta Road. The cab driver was driving at almost 50-60 KMPH. As there was a big sound so we went ahead and stopped to check what happened.

              While we checking the side mirror, the driver drove in reverse direction and started accusing us that it was out fault. This was not the case as I was driving at speed of 20 KMPH on the side of the road. He was driving at a very high speed in a narrow lane.

              When we disagreed that it was our fault, he called up his manager on the number [protected]. We told him couple of times to go to nearby police station but he didn’t agree. His manager spoke to me and said it’s your fault and please pay the amount. While my dad was talking to driver, I called up the customer care number of Meru to take the advice. Even the customer care lady said please file a complaint in nearest police station. When again asked him to come to police station he started abusing my dad. We tried to get away but he came after us and blocked the road. Since it was getting late my dad agreed to get the mirror replaced at the nearest shop.

              He said Tata Motors has only one shop at Hosur. We will have to go there. My dad said ok I will come with you in your cab. Then he said you will have to pay for the cab fare from Murgeshpalya to Hosur and back.

              My dad said no way we won’t pay any fare. He started asking for money. When I interfered said he was wrong, he asked me stay within my limits. He threatened that he will harm me now that he knows where I live.


              He started accusing and using bad words. To settle the matters my dad agreed to pay him. He paid him 700 Rs to replace the side mirror which was much more than the damage done as only mirror had broken.

              On further enquiry we found that mirror comes for only 80-100 bucks.

              I came back home and filed a complaint with your customer care. And asked for receipt as I don’t want that this money should go to driver’s pocket. I am so scared with this incident that I don’t think I will be able to your service again. I have used Meru Cabs even in late night in Mumbai and Bangalore. I always had an impression that they are the safest mode of travel in the night specially for women. But this incident has made re-think to use your services in future.

              As I was threaten by your driver, I would not like to disclose my Bangalore address. Request you communicate on my Mumbai address, which is as follows:

                Hello,

                I landed at Mumbai airport on 30th Nov 2010 at 4.30 pm. at Terminal 1B. I made a booking for a Meru cab from the phones available just before exiting the terminal. I got confirmation from Meru that the cab will be available in 5 minutes (the driver called me and said so).
                Here is the text of the SMS confirmation that I received from Meru:
                Thank you for choosing MERU. Cab: MH01JA9713, Chauffer: Pankaj Wadhwa, Cell: [protected] will reach at Terminal: 1B soon.
                When I told the driver (after he asked for it) that I had to go to Mahim, he told me he would be there in 5 minutes. I waited there for around 15 minutes. Since he did not turn up I started walking towards the prepaid auto rickshaw/ yellow taxi stand. On my way there I saw the above said cab: MH 01 JA 9713 ferrying another customer out of the airport (obviously he did not want to cater to a short distance that I had to go). This is worst kind of customer service that any service company can offer. I would urge Meru to take stern action against Mr. Pankaj Wadhwa, Cell: [protected], who had the guts to keep a customer waiting after confirming that he would be there as promised. I am going to make sure that this piece of information reaches all the people I know.

                I have had bad experience with Meru Cabs in Mumbai several times. The most recent was last Sunday-Monday, Mar 6 & 7. First I called them at 9.45 a.m. on 06/03 to book a cab for domestic airport drop from Ghatkopar West at 5 a.m. on 07/03. My request was declined sighting non-availability even almost 20 hrs before.
                Then i tried through their website and my request was confirmed via email and sms at 10.52 a.m. on 06/03 (Ref No 3899436).
                However, next morning, I did not receive any sms with the cab details even till 4.55 am. Then on only MY calling them I was told that no cab was available and they were trying to arrange a cab. Then they also confirmed that a cab had been arranged and it would reach in 10 min. This was at 5 a.m. when i had to catch a flight at 6.25 a.m.
                Fortunately I didi not wait for Meru and could rush and get an auto & reach the airport in time. After I landed at my destination, I saw an sms recd at 6.42 am (!) with the cab details. Later i also saw a mail recd at 5.30 a.m. containing these same details.
                So is Meru playing a joke on its customers while taking bookings? Do they understand that their serious time-dependent activities based on the customer's travel which can be jeopardised exposing the customer to financial and other losses?
                I think its time we boycott Meru and look at other alternatives. and for some entrepreneurial spirit, this is a significant biz opportunity since there is a big demand for this service.
                I am a permanent customer of merucab atleast I used to think so. But one driver of merucab proved that I am wrong as nothing is to be taken granted. I am narrating the incident below: -

                I booked a meru cab on[protected] for the journey to be performed on[protected] at 06-45 am to domestic airport, santacruz from anushaktinagar, mumbai. Subsequently, cab no.MH02-WA-8717, (Driver's name: Abdul Salam, Mob. no. [protected]) was alloted. The driver reported at 6-30 am on[protected]well before my scheduled departure time) and gave me a call intimating his arrival. I asked him to wait. When I came down of my building at 6-55 am (within 15 min from my scheduled time as allowed by meru) I became surprised to find that the driver was quietly & slowly leaving the place without informing me. Then after running almost 15-20 mtr. I stopped him & boarded. When I asked him about his quiet exit without informing me, he replied that already 25 min has elapsed and he could not wait. I am very much surprised at this sort of attitude of the driver. Firstly, he had arrived 15 min earlier which he should not count as my timing was 6-45 am. Secondly, even if he wants to leave he should have informed me. Luckily I could see him in time otherwise I would have missed the flight because it was impossible for me to find any other cab at that time. I strongly feel that meru has earned bad reputation due to these types of crook drivers only. Otherwise their service is very good. Of course, I faced this problem for the first time in last 5 years.
                Conclusion: Think twice before calling a meru.

                  We have been using MERU CABS for over 2 years now, and their systems are extremely lousy putting us into a lot of inconvenience . This is despite a physical SMS sent tous confirming the booking. But 95% of the time, the cab details do not arrive on time, and on calling their call centre, the response is either downright rude or non-existent, save a feeble sorry or "will get back to you" !
                  Perhaps , for lack of any competition in mumbai or lousy service or both, they are fleecing the customers ..
                  Wish to formally lodge a complaint to the MD Mr. Gupta hoping atleast he would respond !

                    " DO READ IT" - MERU CAB

                    I would really like to reinstate the kind of service Meru cab provide is totally "unreliable" , no professionalism and rude behavior of Driver/customer care although they claim to be premier cab service. Meru cab don't bother at all for customer and their priority or don;t have any empathy also.May be they are highly demanded for unnecessary reason.

                    It has been 2 instances i have faced with their services.
                    1. We called upon meru cab in Bombay for dropping us to railway station. They confirmed that it will reach in time and provided information. We waited outside with our older parents and baggage and tried calling them repeatedly when they did not reach in time.later customer care folks also started not responding and said sorry it cant reach. This is a setback. We had to somehow run for auto ( three auto)
                    and pay them heavily so that we can catch train.somehow after 1/2 hr try we got auto and caught train in nick of time.

                    2.Again, we booked meru cab to catch rajdhani in bangalore and they confirmed the details of driver
                    JAGDISH C; CAB NO :KA536436 to reach @ our place by 6:00.I tried to call him @ 5:50 pm
                    regarding his whereabouts. he said he will reach my place shortly.I go down with baggage around 6:10 pm.started searching for him but could not find.when i called him he said he reach there and waited and he has left also. I asked him how can you leave without informing. he said he can't go to station he has some other customer , i said him if you need extra money i will pay you since i had to catch train urgently due to some personal emergency but he did not bother a single time.Later he started cutting down the phone.I did not have any option somehow i tried getting some other arrangements but i had less time. we picked auto again this time but luck was not with us this time.Auto got punctured
                    on the way and we had to wait for some other vehicles.that was pathetic and reached station somehow.
                    we thought let us try if we could catch train if it is delayed or still waiting since we reached 5 mnts after departure time.we took coolie they also charged heavily. when we reached last platform 8 train had already left. we had to come back again somehow.
                    I almost has loss of more then 5000 rs also but what costed my family ( along with 4 yr child) more was physical , mental agony that i can never forget. this kind of driver should be punished.

                      I had called on 18th Oct around 10:30 pm to book a cab to the airport on 20th Oct. I was told that the booking opens only 24 hrs before the travel time. Furthermore, i was told to call up only after 12 pm as i wanted the cab at 12 pm the next day.

                      On 19th Oct, today, I called up meru only to know that there were no cabs available for that slot! Now here is my question:
                      If the booking for the slot opened up only 24 hrs in advance, how come there were no cabs available at 11:45 am for a 12 pm slot?

                      So i decided to speak to the person in the complaints division to discover that they only take complaints regarding the cabs and nothing else! She also had the nerve to hang up on me while i was still trying to converse! Forget noting down my complaint.. How thoughtful!

                      Meru — Pathetic service

                      The person who want to travel for some important & urgent work / Issues....Please dont avail Meru Taxi Service..They are not at all reliable.I had realy bad experence with Meru Taxi.......

                      there is only one word missing from my address. Our so called worst service providers Blue dart local office says that they cant delivery it.I never had any issues with blue dart but now i wont recommend any one for this company as its the worst when comes to dealing with customers.Local office people don't talk properly .They do there work as if they are doing a favor for us.All i can say is this company SUCKS!!!!!HUMBLE REQUEST TO EVERYONE NEVER GO FOR THIS PROVIDER!!!!! absolutely rubbish customer service.
                      i did this mistake, my whole day was ruined, they have literally played with my emotions, as we had to give a surprise to a handicapped old lady of showing a movie at PVR, as she thought it was impossible. MERU cab services play with emotions, i would tell all my friends not to rely on us. I am a educational consultant, get visitors from UK every month, i will do my bit to make them loose business, people like us who have lived abroad hate services here because of some companies like MERU who fool around and play with emotions!!!

                        Hi All,

                        It is very shameful that after getting confirmation also the service is not up to the mark and make us extra harassment by Meru Cab driver (KA03D6096). We booked the meru cab from Yeshvantpur railway station at 4 pm. The driver reached early at 3:30 pm and we reached there at 4:20 pm but the driver confirmed that he is not waiting any more and left the place. There is a provision of waiting charge but we are still in dilemma that why the driver reached half an hour early and left the place without waiting for us.

                        Please improve the service so that we, the normal people can get the smooth service in Bangalore.

                          Hi,
                          I made a booking with MERU cabs on 07/10/10 for a drop on 08/10/10 from Kanjurmarg East to Andheri International Airport at 4.30 afternoon.to my surprise i got a call at 4.10 on 08/10/10 asking me to make a alternative arrangement. this is not acceptable as it the booking was made in advance and besides they should atleast let us know 2 or 3 hours before cause i will go throug lot of inconvinence because of their last min call.the schelude time.the booking ref no is ARA26514.
                          I have rung so many times for Meru from seven bungalows to sahar and always been refused a cab in the area but after 2 mins i ring again for Churchgate cab becomes available..Meru is a very disappointing experience and they are only after long distance and big fares..mark my word they will never do short distance..i think they have to get their act together..also it's such a biased cab company they know..

                            Hi,

                            The complaint is against Meru Cab Bangalore. I did a cab booking on October 06, 2010 for 8:00 clock drop to Majestic Bus Stand from RTNagar. The reference number is 756063. I was told the cab has been booked and I also recevied a reference number.

                            Around 7:45 when I called I was told the cab has been cancelled. This is riduclous, I should have been informed about this prior but no email, SMS or phone call was done. This kind of service is pathetic. Meru cab should put there system in place and on cacellation they should inform the commuters much in advance. They should be answerable to me about this cancellation with an apology.

                              hi,
                              my name is balwant bisht, i had booked meru cab on 22nd sep 2010, from lajpat nagar to old delhi railway station, the kms was 11.7 and they charged me Rs235 which was very wrong, i have all the receipts with me.
                              they should have charged me 219.35(11.7X18.75), as i traveled in night. i dont know what to do??? they must have charged me in past as well.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                                  I have booked a cab from Meru Cabs on 8th September, 2010 at 21:36 Hrs for a booking to be made on 9th September, 2010 at 17:30 Hrs to pick me from Chinthal to Secunderabad Railway Station. Later to the confirmation made by the Customer Support Representative : Uma. I received a reference number: 458959 from[protected] at 21:43 Hrs. However the Customer Support representative made a booking at 5:30 am and deployed a cab and chaeufer who called me on my mobile in the early hours at 5:00 am with regard to pickup.

                                  I explained to the chaeufer that i requested cab for evening not in the early hours for which he apologized.

                                  Later to that i called back the Meru Cabs Customer support and explained the situation and they have re-booked the cab. I have been asked to specify the timings of booking for which i asked the CSR (Arif) to book it in the evening at 18:30 Hrs for which he confirmed that booking was made however, no reference number was forwarded to my mobile.

                                  I had to call back the meru cabs at around 11:00 am and ask them for reference number for the booking made for which CSR (Sruti) has processed by request and she had forwarded the message by 11:15 am. The reference number sent across to my mobile was 461037.

                                  At around 17:57 i received a message to my mobile that Mr TSRK Prasad will reach me with cab number: AP28VA0048 and mobile number [protected]. However, there were no signs of call or cab. I had to call to the mobile number given in the message for which there was no reply or answer from the mobile.

                                  I had to call back to the meru cabs customer support at around 18:40 Hrs on 9th September, 2010 and explain that cab driver had not arrived to my location for which they assigned me another cab bearing cab number AP28VA0848 and cab driver Praveen E and his mobile number [protected].

                                  The cab driver called me stating that he is Bollaram and he had to pick me at Chinthal which is too far and as it is the peak hour with regard to traffic he cannot pick and drop me in time to the railway station.at my train is at 20:15 Hrs.

                                  As i do not have any option to reach to the main road to board an auto or take a cab, i had to carry the luggage i.e,. 1 big baggage, 2 small baggages with my 16 months kid and i am already on fast as it was month of ramzan. helpless walked till the main road which is more than 1/2 kilometer and board an auto at around 19:15 hrs with loads of tension in my mind.

                                  At around 19:35 Hrs the auto rickshaw brokedown and he could not go further. So he had to stop another auto and asked us to board it. I reach at around 20:10 to railway station and run to the train which is on Platform # 9 and we were on Platform # 1.

                                  I had to again run with all my baggage and my kid to the train and catch it. I did that with lot of effort and strain because of the unfulfilling promises made my these cab services which call themselves as Premier cab services. They should be termed as sub-prime cab services who cannot fulfill the request to all its customer but try to bluff them for no reasons.

                                  I would like to log a case in consumer court on these people for creating trouble to me on the day of fasting running on the roads and platform with all the luggage which i have never done.

                                    All these cab companies do not intend to serve small distance routes. I tried booking a cab from North Delhi to Railway station (<10 kms away) on 3 different dates - they always said cabs were not available. However, whenever I needed a cab from North Delhi to Gurgaon, cabs were always available.

                                    Poor service by supposedly world class companies.

                                      First Bad Experience: COMPLAIN ABOUT LOSS MOBILE PHONE Nokia N95 8GB ON THE 16th JUNE 2009.
                                      This is my First bad experience from the called company cab called Meru Cab in Mumbai. The first was a lost of my mobile phone Nokia N95 8GB left behind a cab in 2009 on my way to dadar train station for a trip to AP, My Wife Indian, sat at the back sit with this mobile, we entered the cab from Belapur to drop at Mumbai CST, due to the timing of departure of train, and heavy traffic on way, i decided to ask him to go straight to Dadar terminus where the train would do a second stop, We got there and was on the rush to look for the platform where the train would stop, after get the lugagge out, i even gave the so called drive extra money for his lunch, as we were about stepping into the train station, my wife suddenly remember the mobile was left behind the in the cab at the back sit, we called to it and it was ringing, immediately i rush back to where the driver was packed he already left and this was interval of 5 - 10 mins, then we called to the driver to come back that we had left a mobile phone at the back sit, he then said he can not that he already reach Mankudu, after chembur, in just within 8 mins you reach mankudu my wife asked. We had to call to the call center immediately and report the issue, and i was inform that they will get back to me in 3 working Days. I waited to 2 weeks i did not get any call, call to them about the same issue, was told we will forward you to the right department, they will call you back, nobody called, we kept calling to the driver to please return the phone, he will pick and cut off the phone, this went for a month, no response frm the company, i called to the head office, they told me you report to police because they can't help me, then they hang the phone, i felt bad, I went to the police after two month, i was not happy because i already wasted so much time, i was waiting the company for their action and atlest show some concern, the phone was not recoverred uptill now.

                                      2. Second Bad Experience: Drunkeness of Driver and use of Bad language.

                                      These second bad experience happened just yesterday 1st Sept 2010. I had called for pickup from Thane Passport office to Kharghar, the way and manner the driver was speeding and all of sudden holding the brake was terrible, i ask the driver to stop over at the DY Patel Hospital just for a quick pick up of my X-ray report, i requested this guy to wait probably with 10 to 15 mins, he rudely said he can not, my wife try to request him and he became very hostel, i ask my wife to leave him alone, if he can not wait let him go, i will not pay him any money for that, he got out of the cab to challenge me, that is where i got know that he was fully drunk, i just walked out of him, went into the hosiptal and file a complain to the company, i expected the company to call this guy back but they did not do that, i also requested that the company send me another pick up from there home, they send that, as we were about geting out of the hospital the guy was there standing in front of this cab and hiting on the roof, i asked him to contact his company, and he insisted he want to go to police, i said ok, before then because my wife had challenge him that he is drunk, so he went and ate the goa stuff called pan and had all that smell over him now to kill the Alcohol smell, how clever. so i told him if you want to go to the police ok, lets go. Then he insisted he must enter the same cab, then we went to the police, geting there was another drama all together, the officer whom is two star, whom i had reported to, i forcely asking that i must pay him the driver the money, all this because the driver is maharastra, when spoken to the mahrati language, the inspect behaviour change towards me, he now requested that i pay the driver, i told him that is not an issue but i will demand a permission to give the driver a dirty slap on the face then i pay him but he said he can not grant me that permission, so i ask the driver what was his fee and he was now demanding more, i told him and the officer that when you dropped me, your metter was reading 285 rupees and that only i will pay you because it was due to your i can not wait that i rebook a second cab who came and waited for me from same company, on my own i was give the driver 300 rupees and the mahrati inspector insisted that i must pay the full charge of 415 rupee, i told him i can not and will not, even treathen to lock me up if i don't pay, so i told him go ahead. Then just on that the senior inspector came and when he heard the report of these, he now told the driver to accept whatever that i have made up my mind to give him and go, he heartfully request that i put 50 rupees more, then i gave it and went. We are all human for God's sake we should not learn to judge falsefully because of tribalism, it will not help the world to grow. well, i think i had it with this meru cab people, they are not what they preach to be, they don't have control over their business, they are very useless and can not be trusted, i request all to be very careful when dealling or using this company cab.

                                        I was travelling with my wife, when reaching dadar station i requested him to wait for 5 mins till time i will search for a coolie for luggage and take the halting charges as you want, chauffeur abused with me, at station he throw away my luggage out of cab, he was drunked, and said " MERU is like this only do whatever you want to do, no one can harm us, You People outside Mumbai Should be treated like This "
