The heater was purchased in August 2021.
Immediately during use in winter it started giving problems. A complaint was registered and a service engineer visited, however again problems started after some time.
Again a complaint was given and it was rectified however it started giving problem within 1-2 days.
It is really pathetic that the new heater is giving problems again and again and there is a very poor response from the service team. I am not able to use the heater in peak cold.
Requested to pl look into the matter and resolve the issue on priority.

I bought morphy richard food processor and while using this lid's particle came in our food and it was going to be very health hazard. Fortunately our children notices that while eating food.

It was totaly manufacturing defect. Wr had contacted customer service the engineer came to our place and was reluctant to tak to us regarimsing that fault he was trying to portray a different picture his behaviour was also not hood we contacted his manager he was also very rude.
After that customer care conated for feedback sne was also telling different atory that we should conatact vijay sales.

Now we think we did a very big mistake of buying a very big brand morphy richard and thwri staff is very rude and not willing to assist custoner after selling the customer.

It ciuld have been a very very health hazard if our childeren would have waten that time.
Really very very frustrating help from Morphy support. If at all any reponsible person left in india morphy richard pls reply i know uk is far better

Ovan is not starting . As it is under warranty period aswell . Even switching on light doesnot start . Plz i need the repair service as soon as possible . Please share me contact no so that i can call and get it repaired .

Hi I am the owner of this vacuum cleaner which I think is brilliant. But it is not running even though I put it on the charger and the light is green. It It cannot seem to start running as it is making a sound but cant seem to catch on to the full running. In my words it is making a chugging sound.
Perhaps you can help me with this as I am elderly and cannot use the normal vacuum. It is completely cleaned out.

I registered complaint on 10 th October about otg 62 rcss timer switch is not working.their is no solution.till today.
What I do?

First six months of purchase the Jar is broaken, replaced. Food processor stopped funcitoning. During corona all services off.
Complained requested for replacement, while not satisfied for product reliability, complaint is closed with out action.
Again complained on same issue on October 9th, asking for replacement of whole system, Diagnosed as motor failure. I have asked for complete replacement. Had couple of calls communicating about product reliability isuses with limited usage with Preetham, no resolution. Then Dilip, refused to take call with multiple attempts.

Issue is simple - This product is not even par with simple mixie which comes atleast 5 years, which would cost 3 k. I have paid Rs.10, 510, wasted so many hours just to get justice, a functioning product. Which is also not possible.
Request support for replacement of the product, while this product is not used even for two months.

I've Ordered blender on morphy richards website on[protected] and still the process shows as processing order. Tracking status not changing also daily when I open tracking info always it shows today's date which is frustrating.

Tried customercare many times but no proper response sometime they hung the call and no callbacks or email response as they promised to give one for updating delivery progress.Nothing been addressed till now. Very poor customer service.

Not sure if the product will be delivered or not. This is for my sick dad and he is in very much need of it...Getting more and more frustrated.

Hot water is coming from shink water pipe and also from guns. And the hotwater is not completely coming from the desired pipes.

The keys are not working

I bought murphy richards microwave oven 25CG from Zenbakalight . It is not working properly food is become hard & In auto cook menu timing is not correct food burn before time and i complaint many time for demo but no response.

Micro wave is not hitting

My Otg is producing overheat and all the items are getting burnt even at 150c . Can u please send a technician to rectify the problem...

My OTG is not heating since 1 week.

I had bought Murphy richards OFR in Dec2020 but it suddenly stopped functioning with 2 months. I had made many complaints but am yet to get my problem of OFR fixed. I am really frustrated.
Hope to get my problem fixed at the earliest....

I have registered complaint on 15 june 2021 for morphy richards ace plus mixer.
Service technician has not yet established any contact with me, i trued calling him many times but number is always out of coverage area or switched off.
Custoner care gave me service centre number, after calling 20 times on that number they responded by saying they will send technician next day i.e on 20 june 2021. No one has come since than and no one has even bothered to call.

Its been almost 2 months since the product is not working, I purchased it in April n since end of April the Rods of the Oven is not working, the rods were also changed once, but the same was not functional the very next day, inspite of various talks to the consumer and complains which are only made via calls, there is no response and none of the customer care executives are giving any solution whether a repair or a replacement, since my new product is only a damaged one within a month. I need a speedy solution.
