And after construction size 10x15 what is this jai chand and ashwani has taken bribe

I have got sanctioned a building plan vide letter no. 14/B/SH/S/AE1/D-67 dated 3th feb 2014 from EDMC by depositing their necessary charges for sanctioning of the Bldg. plan amount Rs. 1, 54, 500/- with E.D..M.C on dated 7th Jan 2014.
