for running college in without oc building

I am resident of our lady of dolours church, dr. Cowasji hormusji street, new sonapur, mumbai 400 002. Nearby we have our lady of dolours high school. Students are constantly passing this way. We are facing a severe problem of growing problems of overfull gutter in our locality.

This overflow in drainage causes the problem of bad odour. Sometimes we feel vomiting and nausea.

problem to residence of building due to stray dogs
