Had placed an order for this leather bag on 6 april 2019 with myntra. The promised delivery date was 15 april. The product was priced rs. 5238 after all discounts. A weeks ago ive bought a puma sneakers for ₹3244 from myntra.
These myntra delivered a similar looking fake product of a company name “butchi” and these was a fake street brand which is not even available on myntra.
These myntra guys say that it was a logistics mistake but if it was a logistics mistake we’d like to know how did it got misplaced with a fake product..

I ordered a caprese bag from myntra on 12 april but i didn't receive the product till 19 april so i check my emails but there were no emails regarding with my order then i check 'my order' section in myntra app, still, there was no order. I was surprised, so i did call on myntra customer care number and they tell me that sir your order has been delivered to you on 13 april.
I talked to them about 2 hours that i didn't get the order...

I ordered timex watch from myntra. When i received the product, box was broken and i found watch intact but inauthentic. I returned the item and they picked up on april 9 and i was promised to get refund by april 14. But today is april 18. I am calling them on their helpline daily. I placed an order on 4th april and cancelled it on 5th realising that the sneakers that i ordered were the wrong size. I was told to wait till 15th of april to get my refund. Myntra says they have initiated the refund with the bank. And the bank says they have not received any such refund request. Had ordered for the ecraftindia - handcrafted bird shaped wall clock, which was defective product. Placed a return request. There was no one who came to pick up the product. After waiting for 2-3 days contacted myntra. They informed me that this product has to be self shipped to the nearest myntra place and that details they mailed me after i inquired about it.
