Skull candy chops flex is the item i have ordered. I have waited for 3 days for the product.

Atlast i have received the product, but it contains another product.

How could such things happen? In the one of the trending

My account was hacked and someone used my myntra credits and ordered from my account. Product delivered to someone in hyderabad. I never ordered it and myntra is not taking any action. Customer care only said to complain cyber police which is very unprofessional at their part. All they say is that they will get back in 24 hrs on email and nothing else....

I have placed an order today at myntra costing rs. 5873.. However due to some technical error... Payment has been deducted twice.. I have the messages from bank showing the transaction status...
Being a regular customer... I am not going to tolerate this... Expecting immediate resolution on this... Otherwise i am going to put it in tweeter and fb.

A weeks ago ive bought a puma sneakers for ₹3244 from myntra.
These myntra delivered a similar looking fake product of a company name “butchi” and these was a fake street brand which is not even available on myntra.
These myntra guys say that it was a logistics mistake but if it was a logistics mistake we’d like to know how did it got misplaced with a fake product..
If the mistake was genuine then they must’ve...

I ordered a caprese bag from myntra on 12 april but i didn't receive the product till 19 april so i check my emails but there were no emails regarding with my order then i check 'my order' section in myntra app, still, there was no order. I was surprised, so i did call on myntra customer care number and they tell me that sir your order has been delivered to you on 13 april.
I talked to them about 2 hours that i didn't get the order...

Its been 20 days but i haven't received my refund yet. They are giving me reference number for the same. After complaining to the bank so many times, i am getting the same reply again and again i. E. They are not able to trace any transaction with the given reference number. I am fed up calling myntra again and again. They don't bother to accept that it could be their fault....

Yesterday i have received timex blink health band through your apps. But there has no usb cable, but in your booklet it has mentioned in box. After charging the same, it's not work properly. Even bluetooth is not started n paired with my mobile, time n date has not changed, footstep has not count. Don't know it's working or not. This is about order[protected]-7889001. I had ordered 7 products and out of which only 1 was delivered and that too was wrong product. I got a call from escalation desk (Shivam) on 14th March and he said that the issue has happened in WH and refund will be given. He also said that your complaint was not taken properly earlier and also confirmed that the product was not delivered from your end. He also provided me the reference number....

I purchased several items and one of the product was missing in the package. I waited for several days, when i checked the myntra profile, it says it is delivered. But product was missing in the package that arrived. When i contacted myntra they read the exact liens from the orders. And they claim it was delivered. They even refuse to file a compliant or give any explanation on missing product.

I ordered timex watch from myntra. When i received the product, box was broken and i found watch intact but inauthentic. I returned the item and they picked up on april 9 and i was promised to get refund by april 14. But today is april 18. I am calling them on their helpline daily. Everyday they are telling me to wait for 24 hours. I am fed up with their excuses. Myntra is cheating customers. Return number: [protected]

I placed an order on 4th april and cancelled it on 5th realising that the sneakers that i ordered were the wrong size. I was told to wait till 15th of april to get my refund. Myntra says they have initiated the refund with the bank. And the bank says they have not received any such refund request. I have contacted myntra several times but they tell me same story everytime. Myntra owes me 4129 inr....

@myntra ₹8872 nike shoes was fake delivered, fake received signature, sms says delivered. Why do your delivery agents do this? Where is my package? A huge lapse in the system.
