I purchased a product from myntra on 04/02/2019 and it was damaged. I returned back the product immediately but myntra didn't picked up this product, i self shipped this product and also pay rs.350/- delivery charges.
Now it's about 2 month and myntra yet not refund my amount, i called so many times...

Hi, i have placed this order and expected delivery date was 14 th of apr. Now it got changed and your customer care advisor and senior supervisor both rishab and ananya refused to help me out stating the myntra doens't have a complaint process. Also refused to give me twitter and fb page where i can tag my complaint.

I recently got a watch from myntra.

The order was delivered on March 1 and I was out of town till April 5. Now after using the watch for just 5 days it's not working, I have paid nearly 1300 bucks for it. Didn't pay that much for a watch to work for just five days. I hope myntra will take accountability for the same and not disappoint it's customers as we buy products from myntra thinking...

I have ordered 2 van Hussain formal pant. And then accidentally I have redeemed insider points which is waste for me. So many insider points lying with me and even I can't use those. Now customer Care are saying, I can't return the products as I have redeemed points. And there is no way to revert those points which is still there in my myntra account.

My account was hacked on 09/04/2019, morning 4 o'clock. Someone hacked my account, changed address and phone number and used my credits to order. I reached out to myntra immediately and response was that they will try to stop the delivery but they are not sure whether the order could be stopped from being delivered. All the customer care could tell me is register a cyber complaint. Also, there was nothing they could do regarding my myntra...
