We ordered Hangup men pink printed waistcoat ( Order number[protected]-5311301 ) from myntra and the same was delivered on 31st March 2019.
From last 2-3 we were trying to return but as the item was not showing delivered at per the system so there was no return option.
Tried contacting customer support many times but either your helplines are busy or your system are not working from past 2 days.

Delivery boy number is[protected] ...he behaved at me so roughly...i hv voice record on the conversation... I m luna baral [protected]. From larica township kol 126 .myntra authority i request u to train your boy on customer dealing manner..when we order a product they r too much good behaved person...but in case of returning item.. They behaved casually..its not expected from myntra.. Look at this matter other wise we complain to consumer...

I have placed my oder for refund the day i received and the delivery guy refused to take just because of price that was mentioned in tag i cutted and he refused to take by saying the price is 899and what i received was of 566 rs. Even i haven't used product and still he denied to receive. Im attaching images that i mentioned. Kindly proceed my refund issue otherwise i will not purchase anything from your renowned company myntra...

My Myntra account was hacked and an order (JBL ear phones) was placed. As soon as I came to know about this fraud transaction, I contacted Myntra 5-6 times and asked to stop the delivery. After few hours when I checked the status, delivery was done to the fraudster. The delivery could be easily stopped but there wasn't enough support from their end.
Also my account being hacked put my info, saved cards on risk. They still dont seem...

I was trying to place an order with myntra.com through their app on 7th april 2019. And i made a payment of 1070 through airtel money wallet ([protected]). Due to some problem i dont know why but money got debited from my account but no order was placed with myntra. Myntra denies having received the money but my payment has been made. Haven't received any confirmation of refund from myntra side even though i keep calling their customer care....

My bad experience with myntra. Fake branded products.

I bought a tommy hilfiger navy blue sling bag from myntra on 25 feb 2019. It was stated on the website that this is an original tommy hilfiger bag.
I ordered it for rs 2830 which is too high for this sized bag but i went forward with this product as it was stated that it is original.
But to my surprise, after only 20 days o[censored]sage, the bag has started to wear...

I had placed a prepaid order on myntra for five items on 27th march 2019 to which the promised date was 4th april 2019.
I have received only 2 items till date and have received no information regarding the remaining 3 items amounting to rs 3500. Since it is now 3 days post the promised date kindly provide information regarding the same or refund the amount of the order.
Inspite of contacting the myntra customer care so many...

My account was hacked and someone placed an order worth around 1751 rupees

The order used myntra credits in the account and is done to a generic address of a pan center

I never ordered these items and when i went today to order something found that i don`t have credits...

I got a fake myntra logistics job offering with good salary package I sent my documents their office address after sending my documents their 1 text message delivers to me for terms and conditions of the company, which should I accept for this job, but after download the pdf of t&c they demand 4700 for security deposits which will be refundable.. There were number display was not correct....

I order 2 pants from Myntra order no.[protected]-2846503 but the product I received was not satisfying as they sent me damaged and little different colour so I returned the product to Myntra they told that I will receive my refund within 5-10 days but even after 10 days my refund is not received by me please do something on this matter. I already talked to Myntra customer care but they are not giving me satisfactory answer....

I have purchased clothes amounting approx rs.5000 on 28th march 2019 but the products were not delivered and also after issuing complaint nothing was done so far... Again contacting afterwards they are saying order lost in transit and now they are saying they will refund me which usually takes 20 days.. The fresh order is costing me 40% extra.. These are there strategies to block the money for a month or so and charging high later on those...

This is shikha. I have ordered a roadster jeans of worth rs 944 and shipping charges rs 149.. I got a very cheap product which was not even of woth 200.
I really got irritated when they only refunded me with 944 but not the shipping charges. I got nothing even had to pay for rs149. I did'nt do any mistake bt even i have to bear for that. Its illegal to cheat customers with fake products. I want my whole money back.

I placed an order recently and there was a offer that i would get 200 rupees cash back if i paid through airtel money.
Accordingly i made payment through airtel money bit i didn't get any cash back yet.
And when i tried contacting them through the option contact us on myntra app, the screen was only blank. I did not find any mail id or any other way to file complaint.
I need 200 rs cash back...

I had placed an order for a fitness band, it got delivered but when i unboxed it, i found it to be defective as the screen was broken, i took immideate action and complained to myntra customer support the product was picked up and the refund was credited as myntra credit and not in bank account, again i am forced to purchase same product from myntra even though i am not satisfied, i can't redeem it, i can't transfer it to somebody else, so,...

I ordered hrx shoes from. Myntra.com and i received them on 21st of march 2019, i placed for the return request on the next day... The maximum time for the raider to come and pick up my return is 7 days, which after that even though the return is not taken away the money should be returned to the customer. But wen i raised a complaint regarding this to the customer support at myntra they initially said they would pick up in 7 days.. No one...
